I am so frustrated and disappointed by the customer service I have received! Hilton states on their site that if you find a room for a lesser price then posted on their official website, then they will not only honor that price but reduce it by 25%. That sounds great, right?! Except when I found a price on MULTIPLE sites showing an identical room to what is on the Hilton/Embassy Suites site, they are REFUSING to honor their Price Match Guarantee! We have been on the phone for almost 3hours this morning, and they are refusing to honor their guarantee! We have been Hilton Honor members for YEARS. I am appalled by their lack of integrity and subsequent poor customer service and follow through! In a market where there is a lot of competition, integrity and honoring your written promise is paramount. Sadly, it looks like we will have to be taking our service elsewhere. We just stayed here for 42nights during CV19 pandemic. The staff in the hotel is just exceptional. MAHALO to Matt an the rest of front desk/management. The food staff, Theresa, Michael and Justin were very welcoming each morning at Breakfast. The hotel is very clean, and there is no doubt the Team there cares that each guest has a great stay. A special thank you to the Chief Bellman(K), very professional and personable. Hint: for you other food needs go to beachwalk Cafe right next door.
I follow the embassy suite hotel on Instagram and saw that they were advertising their premiere cabana. I thought it was a great idea to have a small get-together for my birthday. I called to inquire about renting out the cabana for a day. Jay the sales coordinator, made the whole process swift and easy. He was informative, helpful, and easy to communicate with. On the day of the event, I was stunned by how welcoming the staff was. They were friendly and made sure my friends and I were taken care of. I also appreciated the small details like the personalized signs of my event leading up to our cabana and checking in on us to ensure that we were ok. The place looked cleaned and well kept. The premium cabana was perfect for my small birthday get-together. We had a couch, chair, a round table, and a cabinet table. Jay ensured that we had space and could social distance by providing another small cabana and a day bed. My friends and I had a pleasant and relaxing time. They were impressed with the place and never thought you could do something small at a hotel. We swam in the pool and talked stories in the jacuzzi. It is also a cute place to take nice photos. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with Aloha! The valet were super friendly and helped us with our bags. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and checked us into a beautiful corner room overlooking the pool and Waikiki beach. The views and sunsets were absolutely breathtaking! We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi so much we didn’t even leave on day 2. It was so awesome that they offered a discount when ordering from Yard House with complimentary poolside or room service delivery. The room was so clean and the housekeeping service was impeccable. I cannot wait for a return visit! 5 stars all the way!
We had a cabana reservation for a birthday celebration. Big shout out to the crew here who were so accommodating and made us feel so comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and took care of our private event, making sure we were always doing fine. Made us feel so special. The venue is great. The cabana reservation is perfect for a safe outdoor COVID festivity. Plus the staff here is amazing. Shout out to those that helped us during our stay!
