I was there for 5 weeks, for training. My unit is on 4 floors. And one thing I could say is my entire time there are amazing. This apartment is close to the beach, close to a canal (which we could jog on its passageway), close to shopping area and so on so on. The owner of my unit provide every essential equipment for kitchen and laundry. Really missed Hawaii as well as this little but comfortable apartment.

Wonderful place to stay in Oahu. Owners are friendly and so very helpful. They truly do everything to make your stay memorable. Free parking is a rare thing in Oahu which alone can save you hundreds of dollars. Two blocks from beautiful Waikiki beach and one from the International Market. Highly recommend 444 Nahua for your Oahu stay.

My husband and I stayed here the 3rd time we went to Hawaii. We loved that it offered a parking space, full kitchen, and washer/dryer! We enjoyed our stay here thoroughly - it was at a good location and the price was right! We would definitely recommend this for couples/families who are looking for a comfortable place to stay while in Hawaii.

The hotel was under renovation when we arrived. We spent a hole month there. Rooms are not bad. Everything was ok. The only problem is that security are not in the lobby. They are in the first floor!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the view and the location. Spent about one month on the 16th floor. The maid service was second to none. Short walk to the beach and the waikiki nightlife. The roof top pool was quite and great views of the mountains, ocean and diamond head. The building is secure and provided parking which is a huge benefit. When I return to Ohau for pleasure with my family and I will stay here. You just can't beat the location and all the amenities the condo provided.

Stayed for 2 weeks in February. We found this 10th floor unit on HomeAway.com - actually its sister unit. All the pics were for 1005 and we rented 1006. Very affordable, decent cleaning fee and our security deposit was returned promptly. We even got a parking spot for $10/day. It's well located; just a short walk through the new International Marketplace to Kalakaua Ave. Great coffee shop down the street at 411 Nahua with cool monkeypod tables and wonderful coffee and food. Legends Sports Bar has good, cheaper-than-most beer and any and every sports event you might care to watch. And the Korean BBQ restaurant, also on Nahua, is great! So we didn't spend too much time in the room. The AC units worked well but were very noisy. Dishwasher leaked a bit but well stocked kitchen. There's a great BBQ on the roof that we saw in use. The rooftop view is also very cool. Thought our room had TV in the Living Room and Bedroom but it didn't - only in living room. The hide-a-bed couch was pretty uncomfortable and vinyl - really needed the cover. Overall not a bad deal but keep your expectations low.…

The apartment itself was small and the building less than luxury with workmen making quite a bit of noise, but we really appreciated the nice amenities provided--nice thick towels, extra beach towels and beach stuff including snorkels and flippers. The kitchen was quite well stocked with a coffee maker, microwave and oven. Best of all, we really appreciated having a washer/dryer (full size) right in the apartment. We saved a lot of money being able to have breakfast and snacks at the apartment. The only problem we had was the parking. We had a SUV and had a difficult time getting in and out since the spaces are so narrow. All and all, I would definitely recommend this place and would come back.

The views from the Pent House top floors are fantastic and the host is so kind and caring. I explained that I was here to celebrate my 50th Birthday and she not only gave us an extra room (4 adults and I'd only booked for 1 room), the Penthouse! she also invited us to dinner at the Sheraton Princess all expenses paid! The units are very clean and well appointed with A/C in each room. Bathroom has bath and shower double wash basins and a washer n dryer. Swimming pool upstairs is great for a relaxing swim away from the crowds and has heaps of lounges to work on that tan! If I came back to Honolulu I'd definitely stay here again :)

We returned to this apartment after staying in it in 2014, we did that because it was great value, clean secure and the owners very helpful and obliging. This time we paid more for the top floor.PH11,mountain view. We again were not disappointed. There has been a lot of renovation to the pool area and building which is still continuing although did not disrupt us in any way. The secure enterance and fob to get to your room floor and camera/security leave you feeling safe. The constant preening and cleaning of the areas was great to see.Having a washer and dryer and cooking equipment was great for us as eating in Waikki is expensive, everything you need to make all meals. We had a late flight going home which we hadn't thought of till we arrived and without hesitation we were given a complementary room for as long as we needed it. Only 10 minute walk to the beach and the canal is a nice walk. Yes we will return to Waikki and yes this condo is our first choice. Highly recommended. (P.Mckenzie)…
