We were in Buffalo for our godsons wedding and Zach took amazing care of us. We had some issues and he was compassionate and professional and an amazing example of the best customer service. He remembered our names and treated us all so well. I wish all businesses had someone like Zach.

Clean and sanitary hotel, safe and convenient location, helpful and friendly staff.
Excellent COVID protocols. Contact-less check in and check out. Sanitizer available at the elevator. Room was empty for 24 hours between guests. Room was fully sanitized before our arrival, with unbroken seal on door. Even the remotes were in sealed bags. Daily cleaning only upon request. Staff will deliver fresh linens and items, and leave at door, unless you grant permission for them to enter your room. No one loitering in lobby, and all guests respected elevator distancing.
We stayed in room 1405. It is a corner unit and has a lot of windows. Amazing view of the city and water. Perfect for viewing the sunset and an intense lightning storm. Bathroom is large, counter top is spacious, shower is small with low pressure. Having the sitting area with a couch, oversized chair, and desk was nice. 14 stories up, it is pretty quiet. No noise between rooms (not certain if neighboring rooms were in use). At night, you can faintly hear the light rail and the rare obnoxiously loud car.
The entire staff from the front desk, to management, to valets were great. Everyone was warm, inviting, and accommodating. Their answer to everything seemed to be, "Yes, we can do that."
Hotel is minutes off the highway. Many great restaurants and bars with rooftop or outdoor dining, within walking distance. Safe and walkable area. Inexpensive parking lot next to the building (free street parking on weekends with plenty of spots).

Pleasantly surprised by this down town location and its proximity to the ball park, Desk staff were very helpful, parking while not attached to the hotel was convenient across the street. Rooms were a nice size considering it is a down town location.
Breakfast was a home run!!!! a sandwich larger than any I've bought at the typical to go restaurant's and put together well, juice cups were like a small carafe not a shot glass.. The bar is set now....

On the date of check in, the front desk person gave me the wrong room number. I went to my floor and saw a Do Not Disturb sign on door. I tried the door with my card and could not get in. Went downstairs to find out what was wrong. Oh my I put the wrong room number on the card holder. Heehee. No apology.
Went to the bar at 8:30 pm that same night. The female bartender, Sandra, was too busy cleaning up to be friendly or provide good service. Not impressed. At least she was working to clean her work area
Next night got to bar about 930 and bartender was too busy looking at his phone and leaning against the bar to help me. His name was Dyonne. I thought the service was bad the night before, but this was atrocious. A co/worker of mine went to get a drink and Dyonne said they were closed or about to be. She said it was 930 when they closed at 10. He said he is trying to close to get out at 10. Another example of poor customer service.
If I were a manager, I would look for two employees more interested in customer service vs just doing the least amount of work and putting time in for a check.

The staff team are a cut above, they look after your needs flawlessly and have exceptional customer service skills. The location is great, rooms are clean and comfortable. Required valet parking seemed like it might be a pain but ended up being a breeze and well worth the hassle of warming up your vehicle. #1 is definitely staff in all areas of this hotel!

Has some construction going on that impacted the speed of getting an elevator (two were down at the time of my stay), especially when in a hurry. Parking is an additional $25, but is a valet service which is nice sometimes and a pain others. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were beautiful. Breakfast was plenty and they even provided me with to go containers and utensils as we had to eat on the run. Didn’t get to check out the pool or fitness center, nor used the Wi-Fi. Overall was a nice brief stay and I would return if in the area in the future.

Stayed one night for a mini getaway. Got a very large suite on the 12th floor that seemed like an apartment for about $200. Bathroom was proportionately large. Most everything looked very clean. There were a few spots on the carpet that needed attention, but otherwise good. Shower grout needed some attention. Had corner room with two windows, one faced the side of a building, the other was a partially obstructed view of the green and red colored top of a building. Mattresses somewhat firm. Great tip from front desk that meter parking was free until 8am and then $2 per hour after. No free breakfast, but microwave and fridge with freezer in room. Lots of bars, restaurants and activities within walking distance from this location. Would likely stay here again.

We stayed the beginning of February for 2 nights and we’re very happy. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. We were given options for dinning due to the on-site restaurant being closed. Self parking is very easy and convenient.
My only complaint, which was addressed by the General Manager, is they do not accept gift cards. I was planning on using a Visa Gift Card to pay the bill and could not - had I know this before I arrived other arrangements could have been made. This could be a deal breaker for some people.
If you are not planning to use a gift card then stay here, if you are using a “gift” from someone look elsewhere

There was construction when we were there. The best parking, as this hotel has none, is right across the street.
Yes, Our hotel is just steps from the Lafayette station
They are very good at all transportation needs and with notice I do believe that they would be able to accommodate that request.
