Pleasantly surprised. The room was dated but very clean. The beds were very comfortable.
Continental Breakfast (hot beverages, juice, cereal, muffins, toast) was available. Plenty of restaurants nearby if looking for more options. Would stay here again.

This hotel was not clean. We arrived at 5pm and the room wasnt ready. We had dinner reservations and needed to change.The front desk employee didnt offer anything for our trouble. He also seemed like he really didnt care much about anything. There were several employees just sitting around outside. It was not a good atmosphere and I would not have felt safe there. My husband and I cancelled and rebooked elsewhere.

Nothing fancy, but a good, solid, safe overnight hotel stay. Check in was easy and the attendant gave us good advice for dinner and local directions. Located very close to central Springfield. No complaints at all.

This place was horrible! The AC did not work! The chairs and blankets were dirty. The floor was sticky we had to wear shoes the whole night! There was what look like crap on the walls! The bathroom was so dirty that we were to afraid to get a shower in it. We did not let our luggage touch the floor so it did not get dirty! There was a gap between the door and the door jam big enough to see outside. That did not make us feel safe at all! We will never stay there again and will tell as many people as we can to stay away from there as well! The whole place is dirty and disgusting and we got robbed it was not worth the 145 we paid!

Over charged and not refunded Rooms dirty smelly. Bathroom had mold and exhaust fan did not work Bedding and towels not changed. People begging for smoke and or money in parking lot Staff does not help or care felt unsafe

Very dirty rooms, appliances, linens, mirrors, countertops. Toilet didn’t want to flush right and clogged. Very awkward crawl space in the ceiling of the room. Check in lady said when asked about breakfast, “it was coffee, tea and orange juice”. Other visitors were very noisy.

Sketchy motel. Front desk said " If your room smells I can give you room spray" that's an indicator of the type of property. Felt like we might be robbed. Room safe is propped up on a trash can. Television was awful. On a positive note, the room was cleaner than expected given all of the above. Thankfully we only had to stay o e night.

Dated hotel looks nothing like the photos and appears to be used to house migrants. Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke even though non smoking rooms were requested. Bathroom door looked as it was kicked in. Did not feel safe there

Never stay here. This facility is old, unkept and should be bulldozed. I have traveled my hole life for work and with family, this was the worse experience. Left after first night of a three day reservation. Manager was quick to let me out of the last two nights.

I've stayed at this location twice in the past 4 months and both times i was satisfied. Easy checkin/out ~ friendly staff and clean property. Easy access to restaurants and close proximity to where I was there for. I will be back.
