My wife and teenage son and I stayed here on our way to the Basketball Hall of Fame, which is literally a two minute drive away. Overall, a nice stay with a comfy and dark room, a solid breakfast, and a working fitness room. I am not a fan of Hampton's sliding bathroom door that doubles as a closet door (and does not have a lock), but it's not like a random person is going to barge in on you, so I can deal with it. Would definitely recommend.

I received my digital key earlier than expected and my son had a great view of the Basketball Hall of Fame from his bed. The room was exceptionally clean, and was nice and cool/fresh smelling which was somewhat surprising on an extremely hot day. Breakfast is back to buffet style with plenty of grab and go options as well. Conveniently located and friendly staff. Will stay again!

Clean comfortable rooms, great value for the price. Walked to the casino, walk to many reestaurants. Gas stations near by. Free breakfast had may choices from waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, and smoothies. Also coffee available all day.

It’s a good hotel (and I would certainly stay here again), but you get what you pay for. First off, the price was cheap at just over $100 per night with a continental breakfast included, free parking, and clean and comfortable accommodations. Our room was good, basic, and clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also basic but clean. The pool was also clean, but it was small; three families, including ours, were using it at the same time, but that is probably the most that could use it at any one time. Breakfast was good, with lots of options, but it was cafeteria quality, which is exactly what I would hope for given the price. To summarize, it’s a good hotel. If you need a place to stay, then this is a good option, but it’s not 4 or 5 star accommodations.

Management from hell! Stay clear of this hotel…

Made reservations six months in advance with slight change to days staying and two of the three rooms which we had reservations for went MIA after we drove six hours and confirmed just days before.

Management refused to give us the rates we had received when we originally made our reservation six months in advance.

Nice scam they have going on at this hotel!

The vent in the bathroom varied from leaking drips to full rain and it was over the toilet making the toilet unusable for most of our stay. Unfortunately, we did not discover it until the middle of the night, so we had to use the bathroom in my son's room 2 doors down. When I asked for my money refunded in the morning, the front desk person offered me points. I refused. She said that's all she could do. So I asked for a manager. She just kept saying that they don't refund, only points. I kept asking for a manager and was beginning to get upset when the woman standing next to her finally says, I'm the manager. I'm on the phone but will be with you in a minute. Unbelievable! The front desk person could have said that and just asked me to wait. Then when the manager was able to talk to me and I explained what happened, she asked me if I had told them about the problem. I said no, it was the middle of the night. She said several times that i should have given them a chance to rectify the problem. IT WAS THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT! I wanted to sleep. I did not want workmen in my room and i did not want to move all of my stuff to another room. She never apologized or showed any dismay at our being inconvenienced. She just acted like it was our fault. She did refund the room which I appreciate but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
In addition, I reserved 2 rooms and selected my two rooms when I checked in on the app. We were traveling with my son who has a one year old so we really needed room next to each other. When we arrived at the hotel we were given rooms at the opposite ends of the building. I explained that I had already selected my rooms at online check in. They said that my son's room wasn't available. I understand that if the person in that room extends their stay the room might become unavailable but I would then have chosen to move both rooms. They didn't bother to contact me and find out my preference. I think again that that is very poor customer service. I would even have been willing to change my room type if that's what i needed to do to get rooms next to each other but I wasn't given the chance.

We chose this hotel because of its location and room rates. The beds were comfortable enough and very clean linens, the room was clean enough, and the staff were friendly - and these are important to us. That said, you kind of get what you pay for. It appears it was updated in the past 5-8 years but already the carpet looks very worn and there were white spots all over the bathroom tiles (limescale? salt?) and corners of the carpet, and the grout looked old and dirty. Basically, it was made with very cheap materials.

Only needed a hotel for one night and made a terrible choice. No one at front desk for upon arrival for 10 min and no sign was left indicating someone would be back. There was a weird smell in the room and bathroom ceiling paint was peeling. On top of that, around 11pm, the manager (Jordan) on duty went up to our room while we were sleeping saying our room had triggered a smoke alarm at the front desk when there was no smoke coming from my room. Avoid at all costs

Large suite, clean, and the best staff we’ve encountered. So convenient to the surrounding area. Management goes the extra mile.

When visiting local colleges, the ease in which you can travel to and from is effortless at a fraction of the price available in the college towns.

The staff is friendly and attentive, but the hotel truly has seen better days. It's fairly run down. The cost was $280 (including taxes and fees) for a single-night stay on a Saturday in October. We booked 14+ days in advance. I would not complain if the price were below $200, but for almost $300, I expected the hotel to be a bit nicer. There just aren't a lot of options in the area.

The parking is very convenient there though, they have a garage that you would pay for, but we parked in a lot and it was free.

The shuttle will only take you to the MARTA station or anywhere within 1/2 mile. Better off using UBER.
