When you pull in, you first think, ok, this will be a fine spot to stay the night before venturing into Sequoia ... and the room is very standard motor lodge ... but the front desk folks are super friendly ... AND THEN YOU WALK...More

We were passing thru sequoia national park looking for Last minute hotel on Easter. Saw the river and decided to try the Buckeye. Lovely spot on the rushing river. We had cabin 10 last one, shares porch riverfront with another room but never saw anyone....More

The staff is amazing and it's a peaceful and beautiful place to stay. They go above and beyond to make your stay "the best". My only suggestion is to avoid the restaurant next door, it has five star prices with two star food.

This is my favorite place to stay in Three Rivers. My favorite thing about it is that it is right on the river, and the rooms have river views. The staff is very nice, and it is also close to the park entrance.
