My husband and I stayed at the Drury Santa Fe in July for our 40th (Covid delayed) anniversary - a year late. The location is great. It's slightly hidden away, but close to nearly everything I wanted to see. Shops, bars, restaurants, the plaza - it's all within just a handful of blocks. The hotel is really nice - very clean and the artwork on the walls is worth a look. Our room was really nice and spacious. We took advantage of the evening "snacks" and drinks which are really a meal. We also ate breakfast there. Except for not serving bacon, a particular favorite, it was perfect. And it all came with our room. Definitely a savings. We liked it well enough we're staying there again on our next trip.

In all our travels we have never experienced a friendlier hotel! From the valet, front desk, bartender, to literally all staff… they were so welcoming, accommodating and just plain friendly! Wonderful hotel! Great location (walking distance to plaza, shops, restaurants), very clean, wonderful breakfast and a bonus evening meal with 3 free drinks! Will definitely be staying here again!

Exceptional service. I can’t say enough about the staff at this establishment. Everyone from the valet to the front desk to the manager went above and beyond to assist us and make our stay pleasant. Rooms were quiet. Bed and pillows comfortable. Grounds were clean. Location was great - everything is within a short walk. We’d go back simply due to the service we received. Top notch!!!

Drury Hotels are not known to be particularly “upscale”. All outward appearances beg the contrary in the case of this Drury Hotel. The facility is beautiful. There is lovely artwork throughout the hotel. The parking is easy and secure. The location is a good one for Santa Fe. The room we had was a bit on the odd side. Upon entering the small suite, you had to pass by the bed to get to the sitting area. We actually paid more for a seating area, not expecting it to be poorly placed in the room, dark and hard to navigate. Our room was noisy from both inside and out. Drury’s are known for their appetizer/meals and free beer/wine at Happy Hour. In Santa Fe, with so many excellent choices for dining out, this isn’t particularly necessary. It is however likely convenient for those that travel for work. The worst part of this hotel room was the HORRIBLE bed and pillows. The bed felt like a piece of spring-loaded aluminum. The pillows were solid little squares of hard foam. As we were on a long N/S road trip, rest was of great importance. We didn’t get much at the Drury in Santa Fe. There are far better choices for your money in Santa Fe. Save the Drury for Las Cruces.

Response from Drury Hotels, Owner at Drury Plaza Hotel in Santa Fe
Responded 6 days ago
“We are very grateful for this guests visit to Santa Fe and always appreciate any feedback so that we can always continue to improve our services. It was nice that the guest liked how the hotel looked and the artwork throughout the entire building. We partner with a local gallery and are the largest gallery space in Santa Fe. Being an historic building, we have over 30 different room types with many unique rooms here at the hotel. I am not sure exactly what room this guest stayed in but we are always happy to relocate a guest so that we can find the perfect room for them. All of our rooms have windows that open and most every room has wonderful natural light as well. It was nice that the guest loved our great location right in downtown Santa Fe where everything is accessible by walking. I am sorry that the guest did not like our beds and we understand how important good sleep is. Our beds our custom made and we typically get wonderful reviews from our guests. We even have had guests that have purchased our beds and pillows because they loved them so much. Everyone has a different taste when it comes to beds and pillows and it is almost impossible to fit everyone perfect. Had the guest asked we have feather pillows, different types of foam pillow that we would have been happy find them something they liked better. Sometimes guests may not even think to ask, but we do try to have many different options to meet their requests. We are always happy when guests stay at any of our Drury Hotels nationwide and hopefully they will give us another opportunity when they return to Santa Fe.” Keith K. General Manager.

This hotel is Awesome!! Spent 2 nights at the Drury and everything exceeded our expectations. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE !! by all staff members. Very well maintained and clean thru out. The Covered paid daily valet parking service was very nice( Didn't have to worry about nightly hall storms). Our room & bath was very spacious and clean. Roof top Pool/Spa area was a lot of fun and we meet many friendly people. The included daily breakfast & nightly cocktails and food was great. The history of the Drury was quite interesting and explained the architectural look. Will be staying here on our next trip to Santa Fe.
