probably one of the best places I have ever stayed in. On arrival we were greater by a very helpful gentleman who kindly showed us to our room, with warm Welsh Cakes!!! The room was absolutely stunning!! The view was to die for and I had one of the best nights sleep ever.

Food is sort of ok. Lobster was good although my broccoli was over cooked and mushy. Sauces could be more reduced. A bit watery. The problem is Service and lack of it. Not enough people running the show. Waiting 10 min for empty dishes to be cleaned and the place was half empty

Yes we had the 6 course menu too, £60 without wine pairing. £100 with wine pairing but it is a lot of wine so we had one with and one without and shared each glass of wine. This was not frowned upon. We were there for over 3 hours though so do allow enough time, it's a really relaxing experience.
