This hotel is beautiful and clean, the staff is very friendly, and the room has great amenities, including a white noise machine. That's the first I have ever seen one in the room and it was very helpful. The location is also great; there is a nearby strip with many great restaurants.

Love Dominique at the front desk, super sweet and helpful. The bartenders are great and Pierre is an awesome asset to the team. I had one hiccup when my boyfriend went to validate our parking ticket the young lady at the front desk asked if he was staying at the hotel and what room he was staying in. It wouldn’t of been a problem if she had asked the 2 people in front of us the same thing when they handed her their parking tickets. Those guest were a different race from ours and I guess my boyfriend looked “rough” to her.

I had a very nice stay at this hotel The room and common areas are well maintained and nicely furnished, The lobby includes a bar and bistro with a variety of offerings. The hotel is well situated with multiple types of restaurants within walking distance.

Overall a very nice hotel, close to all the great things in Morristown, and the staff was helpful. However, I had booked a double queen bed room weeks in advanced and upon checking in was told that there were no more queen bedrooms available and was given a King. This was very inconvenient for the people I was traveling with and I was not compensated for this in any way. Also the cafe downstairs serves Starbucks coffee - that was very nice.

Air conditioner was not working and no one was at front desk to help, otherwise nice, they gave us waters. It was so hot we were unable to sleep and left really early in the morning. They did not make us pay for parking to accommodate but I would not stay again.

Poor customer service on check in not helpful staff, too much charge for a night, no extra amenities. There was nearby restaurants to walk by to eat. A/c was not working well. It is in a loud area. Nothing that stands out.

This hotel is perfectly situated in beautiful downtown Morristown. They have just come off of a top to bottom remodel. There are a lot of amenities. They include: Convenient attached parking ramp Nice 1st floor bar Attached theatre, bars and restaurants Easy walk to many of the Morristown shops, restaurants and farmers market. Most importantly they have DAILY maid service!!!!

The hotel is great, the rooms are spacious and nice, but it wasn't a relaxing weekend... Indeed the first night, a lot of young ppl were partying all night on the floor we stayed at- so we didn't get that much sleep. The next day, we got the chance to get a new room which made the overall experience better...

Some great restaurants close by this quaint area. The Hyatt Regency was very acceptable and had good access to many directions, including Newark airport. This Hyatt had all I needed to satisfy the requirements of this quick trip to New Jersey. The room was quite nice, clean, comfortable and quiet. .
