Booked a two bedroom was put on a one bedroom Took 3 hours waiting to get access to the appartement because they don’t have anyone at the property. The pins they provided to the entrance door were wrong. The was no parking site and for a $23 fee you can pack in a public Unsafe parking your car. The customer service was rude unprofessional and inexperienced. The count less hours of our life We spent dealing with this BAD business...never getting them back. Sad sad sad. Do not book that place. with them.
