Small and beautiful hotel in the center of the historic center of Vilafamés. With parking very close to the hotel for cars. I have to say that it is NOT advisable for people with mobility disabilities. It does not have an elevator and although the rooms are on the first floor, you also have to go up and down to access the dining room and terraces.

The hotel is super quiet and tastefully decorated. The town is beautiful, the walk to the castle through its narrow streets is a delight. Our room was very spacious, with wooden beams on the ceiling that made it very cozy and a spectacular view of the valley. The best...breakfasts on the terrace!

We had a great weekend. The hotel is very cozy and quiet. The room very clean. The best is breakfast and dinner on the terrace surrounded by vegetation and with impressive views. The treatment of Gloria and her team of 10, super friendly and attentive at all times. We have done some very cool routes around the area. 100% recommended.

We didn’t enjoy this hotel and left early. We arrived at 3pm to be told check-in is at 4pm. They did let us check in. We paid EUR 134 a night plus EUR 48 for our dogs for 2 nights. We weren’t allowed into reception or on to the outside terrace with the dogs and had to use the rear entrance to get to our room. In no way Is that dog friendly! The room was dingy with no views, only from a small bathroom window. It was impossible to regulate the shower temperature; either scorching or freezing cold. We had dinner there; food was OK, but wine not available by the glass. We were obliged to buy a second bottle when we really only wanted a glass. Breakfast was quite good, and kitchen staff/waitress friendly and helpful. Very poor value for money.

It is a charming hotel, the rooms very comfortable and well decorated as well as the rest of the rooms.
The views from the room and from the garden are beautiful and the fireplace gives it a perfect touch (there is firewood in the room and you can dispose of the one you need if it is missing ).
Breakfast delicious and well served and with a margin of time that allows not to get up early.
. The staff is wonderful and attentive, they put a lot of pampering on their work.
Thank you Teresa for your attention from the moment of booking.
We highly recommend it.

Hotel/Restaurant located in Vilafamés, a unique and essential destination. This rural accommodation has been a discovery for us. We traveled as a couple and could enjoy the stay, the gastronomy, the village, the plans offered and for its putting of the tranquility of the place.
Without a doubt, a highly recommended place to reconnect with yourself and enjoy the corners of the interior of the province of Castellón. Don't leave a chance to meet him!

We prebooked a double at about 130 euros/night - expensive for this part of rural Spain. When we arrived at about 6 pm we were told our room had been given to someone else. Odd! The subtext was that somehow we were late. We were then told that we could have a superior room for an extra 20 euros/night. We took it for ease - we were tired. We then found the room had a view of ..... a wall (not the valley like other rooms). We were then told we east breakfast in the garden (the main draw of the hotel) as the birds might eat our food. There were other strange incidents. The owner is very spaced out and rather blase. Nice enough decor and comfortable but massively overpriced for the location. I would avoid it and stay elsewhere, then visit the town.

What a beautiful hotel, shame about the nasty shock in the bill!

Everything is charged for as an extra and nothing has a price tag!
