Everything at 10/10
Food, activities, customer service, rooms, cleanliness and the people who do not fail by reserving their sun loungers first thing in the morning. By the way, the lifeguard tried and collected the towels from the unoccupied sun loungers.
We liked it a lot and we are looking forward to repeating it.

The hotel is located not very close to the center, there is actually a good walk, if you go with children it is better to do it by car or urban transport. Half a minute from the beach, which is not crowded and is very comfortable to go with children

The rooms are a 9/10, spacious, clean, quiet, with a couple of stoves, refrigerator and microwave. Comfortable beds and terrace with a good clothesline.

The activities for children and entertainment are great, they work hard and offer many activities. As for the pool, it gets small in high season and gets cloudy, although they work hard to have it ready for the next day.

And why doesn't this review have 5 stars? Well, because the food has a fair approval, it is passable, but many basic dishes are inedible. They give you the possibility of having a barbecue dinner by the pool, I do not recommend it, it is quite poor, few basic dishes and regrettable presentation.

Pay attention to this and you will surely reach 5 stars

The hotel as a whole is recommended. The rooms have what is necessary for a family, although the mattresses (very soft) and the dishes (very scarce) would improve if you eat in the room. The restaurant is very good, there is not a great variety but they have everything very good. However, the entrance is not accessible and although you can enter through another door, this creates problems when registering. The children's entertainment is very good, it is a hotel in summer for children and they have many things. The pool is a little small for the capacity of the hotel, but you have the beach just a step away from the bed, wonderful. In general, I think that although there are details to improve, I would return with children.

The hotel is new and is great. Everything was going well until on Monday 2 buses showed up with students from their end-of-year trip. Then the tranquility of the other customers disappeared. While families with babies or retired people had to wait in lines to eat, those in the camp had half a dining room reserved daily. Ladies and gentlemen, hotel managers: Does it seem moral to you that babies have to wait to come in and their lunch or dinner time has passed? Does it seem moral to you that older people with problems such as diabetes, for example, have to wait to stop by for lunch or dinner? All this while half the dining room remained empty but reserved, because not even the staff knew what time the camps were going down. I say this because on the first day we asked the waiter at the entrance who is dedicated to assigning tables, who by the way, for the position he has, his kindness is zero. To all this we must add that when they returned from the activities they would go into the pool in a group and they didn't care who was next to them, and lastly, when they returned after 11pm the screams they made could wake up babies as well as older people. . Finally, I would like to add that since the camps arrived, the quality of the food went down and it became more of a chore for all of us who were there: the ice cream machine was disconnected, they stopped putting jelly beans, they stopped putting Decent bread, fried food predominated... In short, we certainly will not return, because we went in June to be quiet with our baby and it backfired on us. Now is when the hotel should reflect and decide what type of clientele it wants, because it is clear that the camps are VIP and the rest of us (who have surely paid more) become second rate.

Hotel with two buildings, one in the shape of an ā€œLā€ (around a pool) which is the aparthotel and another across the entrance from the outside which is a hotel. They accommodated us in the hotel part. The spacious rooms, large beds (2 135cm beds), a terrace with table and chairs, refrigerator and a full bathroom. Everything well soundproofed and clean. The only drawback of this hotel is that it is almost attached to the back of another building where the first floors are a parking lot, I mean, we had views of a parking lot. This lowers the grade, because spending 10 days looking at a parking lot and how cars get up and down is not pleasant at all. Only from one corner of the terrace we could see a little of the sea. And it's a shame because, as I said, the room was 10.
As for meals, we have only had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, it can be said that the food is correct, without going into more details, with some days being better than others. Only one thing, which would be appreciated, changing the oil! The clientele will appreciate it, it tasted absolutely like nothing. Being a land of olive trees, it is incomprehensible that they use a flavorless oil.
Also say that they had the dining room organized with schedules so that there were no lines or waits.

Very good hotel, spacious, on the beachfront and less than two kilometers from the center of PeƱƭscola, although the walk is very pleasant. Great views of the beach.
Very good cleanliness, large rooms and even ours, plus bathroom, had a small toilet.
At lunch and dinner, wide assortment of products. When we were there, it was a time when there were a lot of kids from different schools (early June), but really, we were very comfortable.

All very well. I only point out as a drawback that the oil available in the dining room was in a refillable bottle, unlabeled and without any information on its nature. It would also be appreciated if they had a corner with local fruits, so we knew that the tasty Valencian oranges were really what we were eating.

The food's fine. Wi-Fi bad, room doesn't exist. Hotel staff. There's more harm than good. Especially the older ones. If you go in a group like cattle. And it's not this hotel alone. It happens in others too. Suspense. You can't tell a client. That we have to come before, that they are asleep.

"we were going for an aniverary celebration so we ask them if we could have a room with view to the sea. Also we took our bikes and lock them outside the hotel. Having the bikes was great because we could go all through penisola, the castle in just a few minutes."
