Everything was very clean, the staff was very nice, and the buffet was 10, everything was very good, I was surprised by the quality of the cuisine, the variety and very well cooked without any grease. By the way, we also use the spa which is very good. If I return, I will repeat without hesitation.
Come on, he could have told me that there is no available one or that he didn't feel like changing me.
The girl at the reception didn't smile even once!!!!! People come on vacation and spend a lot of money because it's not cheap... so they don't even give us a smile.
The pool full of hair...
In the room the terrace with hair from the previous guests
Foul! In addition, you can hear everything from the neighbors, in addition to being next to the elevators with a child who, every time someone comes, speaks super loudly and has woken me up 3 times from his nap.
In the hallways it is extremely hot, there is no air conditioning, in fact they had the sale open with 34 degrees on the street.
We will continue the stay to see how it ends......
We selected the full board choice and the food was, for this sort of hotel, very nice with plenty of choice. Bar prices were extremely fair for a hotel and generally, for the price paid all was good.
Only complaint was the howling mess they made of the birthday cake I provided with candle. It was delivered to our table still in the packaging and with no candle. Really very disappointing.
Despite this I would recommend this establishment
This hotel has private parking for a fee of €10/day. This car park is very practical because parking on the avenue is also chargeable.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Small downside, no French national channel.
Facilities: you do not lack anything and you have all kinds of services to have a great time.
Food: unbeatable, everything very rich and never missing anything, you have different themes so you will never find the same. Genial.
Staff: friendly, always willing to help you, so nice. A tenner.
The very limited entertainment and the uninspiring nighttime performances also did not contribute to the elongated shape of the room and made the chairs and pool tables uncomfortable.
The "varied" buffet but poor quality in the bread and pastries, since the bread was uncooked, it will be so that it lasts longer.
And finally, the hotel staff is correct, except reception staff, kindness and a smile is not incompatible with the above.
Room was very spacious, with side sea view.
BVN television. The food in the restaurant is really fantastic. Freshly prepared, lots of variety. Fresh rolls, eggs fried in all kinds of flavors. Fresh fruit. We had full board. Every meal was a party for us.
Parking is €10,- but after 1 October you can park in the street for free.
We will definitely be back.
For starters, check-in could be improved: the information provided does not explain all the advantages and services of the hotel.
The rooms and bathrooms are correct. Cleanliness is also appropriate.
The dining room is labyrinthine and anachronistic: too many crowded tables. The food is correct, without majors, but its presentation detracts from the product: presentation of the last century. The dining service is careful within its means.
The animation for the elderly, which we saw was very poor and careless.
Swimming pool to enjoy with the family.
"Rooms on the front side, which are most of the rooms, offer a fabulous view of the ocean and the castle."Read full review
"Nearly all rooms have a sea view, presumably the ones that you pay extra for the sea view are facing the beach. The side rooms facing south have a view of the castle in the old town."Read full review
