We have recently been to this hotel on a couple's trip and we can only thank all the staff for making us feel at home. The location is unbeatable on the beachfront and very close walking distance to the castle and entertainment venues. The climate is spectacular although with a lot of humidity and the water on the beach is super hot even at night. Right in front of the hotel there is a bus service every 15 meters to wherever you want with return to the same stop. The pool and jacuzzi are very good, it is not very big but the people are very calm and family friendly and there is room for everyone. The food is unbeatable, varied shirt, with flavor and dedication on the part of the cook and very varied in the 3 meals. The paellas are delicious and it is the only thing they do serve every day because we are talking about Valencia. The room is very spacious with a good mattress and pillow and the bathroom is very large with a double shower and two sinks. From all the rooms you can see the sea because ours was on the side and could be seen perfectly from the balcony with clothesline, table and chairs. We have also observed that it was very adapted for people with disabilities and in fact we saw guests with wheelchairs and many baby strollers. The dining room staff is charming and always concerned about your needs and I must mention Fran who gives you conversation from the first minute even though they have a lot of work. The meal times were also very extensive and in general everything was perfect so we are looking forward to returning to this wonderful hotel and town that made us feel at home.

Overall a good experience at the Peñiscola Palace hotel. The location is very good - right next to the beach and a pleasant walk from the town centre. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is reasonable modern and is immaculately clean. On-site secure parking was available for an additional €10 per night. Free on street parking was also available a short walk from the hotel. We were given a great room with lots of space and a huge balcony, which we were very happy with. The only real area for improvement was the food, which although always more than adequate, stopped short of anything really impressive. However, I suppose that this is often the case with all inclusive deals. I suspect that the hotel management place budget constraints on the chefs in order to reduce costs. The reality is that although we were pleasantly surprised that the food was better than we might have expected when we arrived, by the end of the week it had become a little boring and repetitive.

Very happy, in my case I booked a triple room, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, in front of the beach and with very good views, it is just over 1 km from the medieval city.
Everything was very clean, the staff was very nice, and the buffet was 10, everything was very good, I was surprised by the quality of the cuisine, the variety and very well cooked without any grease. By the way, we also use the spa which is very good. If I return, I will repeat without hesitation.

We've only been there for a few hours and they've already fooled us. We arrived at the room and we saw that the bed was 1.50. We went down to tell the girl that there was the possibility of a room with two 100x200 beds since we saw that they sent us an email that for €18 Plus we had the option of sea views and the photo showed two beds. Well, the girl told us that they are all the same. What is my surprise that I go to the website and there is an option for two 100x200 beds.
Come on, he could have told me that there is no available one or that he didn't feel like changing me.
The girl at the reception didn't smile even once!!!!! People come on vacation and spend a lot of money because it's not cheap... so they don't even give us a smile.

The pool full of hair...

In the room the terrace with hair from the previous guests

Foul! In addition, you can hear everything from the neighbors, in addition to being next to the elevators with a child who, every time someone comes, speaks super loudly and has woken me up 3 times from his nap.
In the hallways it is extremely hot, there is no air conditioning, in fact they had the sale open with 34 degrees on the street.
We will continue the stay to see how it ends......

Nice hotel, very good room with nice sea views and excellent bathroom. Communal areas in very good order and staff friendly and generally helpful.
We selected the full board choice and the food was, for this sort of hotel, very nice with plenty of choice. Bar prices were extremely fair for a hotel and generally, for the price paid all was good.
Only complaint was the howling mess they made of the birthday cake I provided with candle. It was delivered to our table still in the packaging and with no candle. Really very disappointing.
Despite this I would recommend this establishment

Hotel very well located on the seafront and 15/20 minutes walk from the center of Peníscola. This establishment offers great services. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is quality. There is also good sound insulation. The bathroom is very well equipped. On the catering side, the buffet meals are varied and very good.
This hotel has private parking for a fee of €10/day. This car park is very practical because parking on the avenue is also chargeable.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Small downside, no French national channel.

Accommodation / rooms with maximum comfort and both cleanliness and service are excellent.

Facilities: you do not lack anything and you have all kinds of services to have a great time.

Food: unbeatable, everything very rich and never missing anything, you have different themes so you will never find the same. Genial.

Staff: friendly, always willing to help you, so nice. A tenner.

Normal hotel in terms of price-quality ratio because I don't know what it is, the room was very superficially clean, because the terrace had sand and hair.
The very limited entertainment and the uninspiring nighttime performances also did not contribute to the elongated shape of the room and made the chairs and pool tables uncomfortable.
The "varied" buffet but poor quality in the bread and pastries, since the bread was uncooked, it will be so that it lasts longer.
And finally, the hotel staff is correct, except reception staff, kindness and a smile is not incompatible with the above.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Room was very spacious, with side sea view.
BVN television. The food in the restaurant is really fantastic. Freshly prepared, lots of variety. Fresh rolls, eggs fried in all kinds of flavors. Fresh fruit. We had full board. Every meal was a party for us.
Parking is €10,- but after 1 October you can park in the street for free.
We will definitely be back.

Hotel right to be a 4 star hotel. The best, without a doubt, its situation: in front of a very large beach, away from crowds. The hotel (property) weighs down the years: well maintained, but it could not do with an update of the building and some other aspects.
For starters, check-in could be improved: the information provided does not explain all the advantages and services of the hotel.
The rooms and bathrooms are correct. Cleanliness is also appropriate.
The dining room is labyrinthine and anachronistic: too many crowded tables. The food is correct, without majors, but its presentation detracts from the product: presentation of the last century. The dining service is careful within its means.
The animation for the elderly, which we saw was very poor and careless.
Swimming pool to enjoy with the family.
