The cleanest and best interior finishing quality hotel I have seen in Spain! Personnel active and notices details, rooms clean and fresh, cleaning quality excellent, walls and doors noise isolation level great. Breakfast and dinner quality good, (only suggestion would be adding basic veggies like cucumber and tomato to breakfast selection). Location excellwnt and easy to access. Parking secure and isolated. Best stay of Spanish approx 20 hotels I have seen. Also beats some 5 star specimens.

The hotel has been recently renovated (2020) and they have left it very well (it is the old Los Delfines 3*). Exceptional staff, very good food, with enough variety (the paellas are highly recommended, they serve different ones every day in the food buffet), outstanding cleanliness, and with unbeatable communication, on the beachfront and close to the beach. 500m from the citadel. The pool is not very big but enough to cool off, and the water is treated in some way because it leaves your skin as if you had not bathed. The buts: the bathroom is very narrow, the shower cabin and the toilet share the same space, and it feels like an airplane toilet. "Big" people are going to have problems. Another big "but" is regarding the rooms on the fourth floor, since right above, which is the roof terrace, there is a Lounge Bar (very cool by the way), where sometimes the DJ comes upstairs and plays the music excessively loud, so until 1:30 or 2 am, it is difficult to rest. To make matters worse, then they start collecting the chairs and dragging them, and the same thing happens at 8 in the morning, when they start setting up the terrace. So in summary, if you want to rest, you should avoid the fourth floor. And finally, the breakfast coffee, which is from a machine (horrible) or from capsules (somewhat less horrible). I would suggest that they provide thermoses with coffee from a real coffee maker. I don't give it 5* for these reasons. Otherwise, the hotel is fantastic.

The hotel is great, very new and luxurious location.
The rooms are very spacious and almost all have sea views. The pool is very small, I didn't use it but I imagine that for a swim with the beach at the door it is not very important either. They have a spa and we were alone since it is also small but very neat and with everything you need. I was delighted that we were alone. Upstairs on the roof they have a terrace with music, the prices are a little expensive, but the views are impressive, and even more so when I was there during a full moon. There is no parking, they have it arranged with the public who is right in front. And the restoration is very fair but of quality, with live cooking. I liked it quite a bit.

1. Location and condition of the property unbeatable
2. Improved treatment of staff
3. Very nice buffet restaurant. Little variety and poorly cooked.
4. They charge for everything.
5. They have a suite per floor that has no more than 20 m with empty refrigerator and smart TV without being able to watch anything online.
6. You have no animation and no chance to read the paper unless you drink at the bar.
7. They have a small Spa for two people who take good care of it but it is quite expensive for 40 minutes of those who do not miss one. In any other hotel of that level the Suites have free Spa daily and for a normal room at least one day.
In short, value for money with other hotels in that area, bad.

I just finished a 5 day stay at this hotel. I have no great complaints and everything has conformed to the comments I have read. It has many things going for it and others that should be improved, especially one.
In favour:
You cross the street and you're on the beach
-Newly renovated, modern furniture. All clean and new.
- Friendliness (and quantity) of staff
- Full buffet with live kitchen. Although only one area but because the dining room is small. Replenish continuously

To be improved
- Unfortunately I got the smallest room on the floor (confirmed by viewing the floor map).
Too small for a large and very narrow bed.
- Regular rule of almost all hotels. You make PC but 3€ a bottle of water 500ml...
- Exterior noise from early cleaning common areas (IMPORTANT: 30' hose down in pool area that I hope is non-potable water!!!)
- The pedestrian gate of the Prado Hotel (annexed hotel) rings continuously at certain times as people pass.
If it happens to you like me that I do not close window because I do not put air conditioning both previous noises are very annoying.
No gym as such. They don't really advertise it but it's a very small room with a multifunction machine.

New hotel very well located on the same promenade, in front of the beach and very close to the old town of the beautiful town of Peñiscola.
Being a relatively small hotel, you can enjoy great tranquility in all its facilities.
Very good breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. Not much variety but quality.
To highlight the cleanliness of all its facilities: rooms, dining room, cafeteria, pool...
Excellent service, professionalism and attention from all the staff, both in room service and reception (highlighting Covadonga), cafeteria or dining room (highlighting Manuela).
There is a good quality price relation.

It is the second year we chose this place to disconnect for a weekend and be able to gather strength for the rest of the year.
- Unbeatable views from both sea and Peñíscola Castle rooms.
- Beach less than a minute to walk and enjoy the tranquility of September.
- Friendly, detailed and Pro staff at reception, as well as in the bar and restaurant.
- Modern rooms, fully equipped, very clean and with good size terrace both to lay and spend a little time admiring the landscape.
- Restaurant with free buffet of great quality and with a lot of variety. It has salads, cold cuts, cheeses, hot elaborate meals, live cooking, typical rice and desserts.
- Spa with capacity of two people, small but very clean, flirty and complete to live a rewarding experience.
The pool and the superiro terrace this time we did not visit them, but we managed to rest, recharge batteries and enjoy a nice weekend.
We'll be back!

Excellent, we had lunch at the buffet, which to our surprise was like a very cozy modern and warm restaurant
The attention of the waiters was very good and the wide variety of food was top class!!!
The desserts tasted great, varied and artisanal, Flan and puff pastry were wonderful. It was so much so that we went to dinner with friends at night. Thank you we will return!!!

In general, the hotel is quite good, the food lacks a little variety, I did lack vegetables, otherwise it is phenomenal, quality-price recommendable.
What I would like to highlight the most is the friendliness of the staff, I had to do urgent documentation and I didn't take my laptop, they helped me with everything. Also, I liked the detail they had in allowing food to be brought to the room, my 2-year-old daughter had a bad night and that type of detail is very appreciated, since we were able to rest better.
The only drawback for mentioning something is that there were few highchairs, otherwise, excellent location, quality, and comfort.

By the way, for me this is important, a comfortable mattress and pillow.

Salutations,
