Ideal place for FAMILIES, good beach with free hammocks and umbrellas for clients. Variety of meals, super nice staff and outstanding entertainment team. All rooms equipped with a kitchen (vitro, refrigerator, microwave) without kitchenware, and next to it a table with 4 chairs and a sofa bed. Terrace with ashtray, table with 2 chairs and clothesline. 2 bathrooms, one of them complete with a hairdryer and the other only with a toilet and sink. 2 TVs, one in the room and one in the living room. At meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) we had no problem and we went within an hour from when the dining room opened. In any case, the waiters invited people waiting for a table to have a free beer. Parking outside the hotel there is a free zone, a blue zone (download the Telpark APP) and a free open space, there are no parking problems. The only bad thing about this hotel is that it doesn't have a pool, you have to walk a long way to get to it and in summer with the heat of Peñiscola it gets quite boring. One negative point (IMPORTANT hehe), the beers they have in the dining room are Cruzcampo and Heineken, to call them beers... otherwise 100% recommended

After staying for a week with the family, my assessment is very satisfactory.

The rooms face the sea (at least ours, 611), have a double room and a folding sofa in the living room.

The kitchenware is scarce and I recommend bringing some utensils from home (corkscrew, spatulas, drainer...). They offer 3 plates, deep and flat, forks, knives and spoons, a small pot, a small frying pan and a griddle pan.

The kitchen has a microwave and a small refrigerator.

Our room had 2 toilets, one complete and the other with a toilet and sink.

The service staff has been very friendly and professional as well as the reception team.

The price includes passes to a pool with 3 family slides (about 100 meters from Acualandia).

To park there is a field about 200 meters from the hotel.

It is a hotel designed for families (there are performances at night and children's entertainment).

There is also a spa but only for adults (be careful if you go with children).

The location is good, about 3 kilometers from the center of Peñíscola but there is a tourist train that can take you there.

The beach is a minute walk away and with the price and depending on availability there are hammocks (2 per room and an umbrella).

In short, it is a good accommodation option but if you are going to cook, it is better to prepare utensils before going.

We were with IMSERSO. Let's start with the location, which for me is great, facing the sea, you have everything you need next to the hotel and it is not far from the castle. Very friendly and pleasant staff, good and varied food. Very good cleaning. The apartments have one bedroom, a living room with a kitchen. The apartments have two TVs. A full bathroom and toilet, ours also had a terrace of almost 50m. Great. Thanks to the hotel staff

They are mini apartments with a room with double beds and a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed. Although the furniture in the rooms is simple, it is in good condition and modern. The mattress and pillows are comfortable. The staff is very friendly, especially the reception staff. As for the food, pretty good. To make a point, it is 3.5km from the castle and it is a long walk to walk back and forth every day.

Inn clean. Welcoming staff.
Decent breakfast with choice.
Sea view. Staff not speaking French at all.
Be careful no insulation so you hear everything the neighbors do above as well as flushing.
Many Spanish family who do not respect the quiet of a Pension or respect other guests. We had a Spanish family with children screaming over us and making noise until about 11:30 p.m. every day so don't expect to go to bed before that time.
Swimming pool 200 meters from the Inn but slides accessible only from 5pm.

I was lucky enough to enjoy an apartment to myself, from its terrace I could see the sea, its promenade, and in the background the Peñíscola castle.
The cleanliness and general attention of the staff was very good.
Varied and sufficient buffet, seasonal products, is appreciated.

The hotel is very nice, very close to the beach, the views from the terrace great. The buffet also liked it, enough variety and lots of cleanliness. A little away from downtown and the castle, but well you can catch the bus. The only thing that will make me think if I come back, is the bad experience when my daughter lay on the sofa bed, she woke up with the pillow, hair and clothes with thousands of ants, total disgust, almost gives a fit to the creature. She didn't want to sleep on the couch anymore and we had to put her in bed. To be a four star and not cheap at all....., they should be a little more careful cleaning. The worst part is nobody apologized.

When we arrived we were very impressed with the rooms. They were more like apartments, with separate bedroom which had en-suite bathroom, kitchenette, lounge/dining area and separate toilet with wash hand basin. We were not impressed with the fact we were probably the only English speaking guests, and were not catered for at all. Buffet meals were aimed solely at the Spanish, and very boring and bland.
Entertainment was in the main dancing to Spanish music. I would not recommend this hotel to any English holiday makers. There was no pool, if you wanted to swim you had to go to another hotel about 200 metres away. The hotel is virtually on the beach, but when we visited there no sunbeds or umbrellas for hire.

Out of season, this aparthotel was full of Spanish holiday-makers on package tours. We were able to park immediately outside the hotel. We had a room with a balcony on the top floor. There was an empty plunge pool on the balcony - rather dangerous, but the view over the sea and to the old town and castle was magnificent. The suite of rooms was cheaply furnished. The bedroom was small but the bathroom was big and there was a lounge area and kitchenette. Breakfast and dinner were buffets, canteen-like but with lots to eat. Incredibly cheap and very handy for the wonderful Peniscola beach.
