Room gave us one without balcony but overlooking the pool with two double beds the very cool truth with bathtub and large and complete bathroom, cleaning of 10 in the last week of July and first days of August.. very good food always for price, but the very varied truth there was everything and with vegetables, fish, meat, pizzas, dessert one pass and good, personal attention dining very attentive and fast.
No crowding.
They have been very hot days and the air conditioning throughout the hotel even the room very well.
The super friendly personal Spa we have been able to relax during an hour that has flown super nice, pity that the ice fountain will not work but everything else very well is also quite large compared to other hotels, I repeat but we enjoyed it to the fullest.
Adult animation a girl singing from 21 h to 23.45 that the truth gave everything we liked to share those hours with a tub that by the way the price very well, nice waiter, super friendly reception of 10.
The truth highly recommended and the rooms and the hotel very modern and well maintained.
The rooms are large and the beds are huge.
We asked for a sea view, but not a terrace, and well, there is a small vertical window and you can see the sea and the castle, which is nice, but we would have expected a larger window perhaps.
We had half board and well, the food was nothing out of this world, little variety at both breakfast and dinner, but hey, I imagine that in high season they will have more things.
It is central but not from the main large beach, but from the other smaller one they have, it is about two or three blocks away.
Of course on the first day, we did not have parking, and on the second day from 10 in the morning, which is when they told us, we booked for the rest of the stay.
Due to an unexpected problem with a direct family member, we had to return a day earlier than planned. When we went to pay for the garage, they charged us for the entire stay, without taking into account the reasons that we left a day before, at 11 in the morning and that that space could be occupied by another guest.
On the other hand, they also refused to issue us an invoice for the stay, claiming that we had managed it with another platform. We did not ask for a refund for the unused room day, simply an invoice for what was paid.
We did ask that they not charge us for the parking space for the day that we were not going to occupy, but they did not listen to reason in this either.
The overall service is very good, with good staff. The pool is very good and the sun loungers area too.
Although Trips have always been in couples, we see that they have very good care for children with activities every day.
The rooms are spacious, with good cleaning and generally very comfortable. Depending on the room you can have better views (there are areas where the views are directly to a mountain and others where you see the beach and the castle)
The food is buffet free, and we have detected that over the years it has been losing quality. Breakfasts are fine but lunch and dinner are down quite a bit.
The spa is well sized but this year we detected that the water was very cold in the pool. For spa it was uncomfortable in the water.
But a lot... Little variety and terrible quality. Half board does not have a drink included, but charging €3 for a bottle of water seems excessive to me.
The spa has no name, dirty and overcrowded. Shifts are not respected... and it leaves a lot to be desired...
The worst €25 spent in my life.
We hired the wellness pack, and that was it, because for €50 (per couple) you got a 20-minute massage + the thermal circuit... They didn't give us a massage because they didn't have availability... sorry?
Very poorly organized.
The right room. Comfortable beds but pillows that urgently need a change... they looked like cigarette papers. Quiet room although it was next to the elevator, which was appreciated.
Amenitis were conspicuous by their absence, having a kitchenette in the living room, there were no glasses or anything...
The toilet paper... well that... third or fourth category...
So much saving so much saving... and it has become a bad hotel for retirees of the immersed
I don't think we'll go back.
