Hotel very central, Ona parking area blue 6,50 24 hours also has hotel parking I think remember 18 € day.
Room gave us one without balcony but overlooking the pool with two double beds the very cool truth with bathtub and large and complete bathroom, cleaning of 10 in the last week of July and first days of August.. very good food always for price, but the very varied truth there was everything and with vegetables, fish, meat, pizzas, dessert one pass and good, personal attention dining very attentive and fast.
No crowding.
They have been very hot days and the air conditioning throughout the hotel even the room very well.
The super friendly personal Spa we have been able to relax during an hour that has flown super nice, pity that the ice fountain will not work but everything else very well is also quite large compared to other hotels, I repeat but we enjoyed it to the fullest.
Adult animation a girl singing from 21 h to 23.45 that the truth gave everything we liked to share those hours with a tub that by the way the price very well, nice waiter, super friendly reception of 10.
The truth highly recommended and the rooms and the hotel very modern and well maintained.

It's nothing from the other world. A huge hotel, but the typical coastal tourism battleground. Minimalist rooms, without detail, without pampering, with the minimum: a hand soap dispenser and another for the shower and little else.
The rooms are large and the beds are huge.
We asked for a sea view, but not a terrace, and well, there is a small vertical window and you can see the sea and the castle, which is nice, but we would have expected a larger window perhaps.
We had half board and well, the food was nothing out of this world, little variety at both breakfast and dinner, but hey, I imagine that in high season they will have more things.
It is central but not from the main large beach, but from the other smaller one they have, it is about two or three blocks away.

How can it be that in a hotel that claims to be four stars they only have adapted rooms with a shower tray, instead of a bathtub, in rooms with two 90cm beds and if you request the room for three people when you arrive they give you the option to pay More than €400 for a single room for four days!!, it is the first time that we have encountered such bad service and customer service. As for the food, it is of very low quality, little variety and repetitive, taking advantage of a day's leftovers to put it on the next day with makeup or put Tilapia or Pangasius, which are low quality fish, or chicken wings or turkey chops as a dish. main meat!! The only thing they are saved from is the attention of the waiters at the bar or chill out....

Peniscola was a wonderful surprise from all points of view. It was recommended by our friend Miguel from Benidorm and sincerely we loved it, it deserved to stay at least another 2/3 days. Very nice hotel, clean, bright and comfortable rooms. The girl at the reception was very professional, in a very short time she checked us in, explained the access to the room and found indoor parking for motorcycles. Excellent and very plentiful dinner at the self service, the same thing in the morning for breakfast. The SPA was fantastic, with a supplement of 20 Euro we regenerated (sauna, Turkish bath, massage shower, Jacuzzi, swimming pool with splashes). It was the most beautiful stay in the sea places we shot in Spain. Congratulations to the Agora SPA & Resort.

We ended up putting in a complaint form. We hired on February 16, 2024, 3 nights in a VIP room, 2 spa and massage for dad moon as a couple, the same week of May 20, 2024 we called the hotel to confirm the spa and massage appointment and we They say that for those 3 days that we have hired there were no 2 masseuses, they told us to do it separately, we are on vacation and the idea was to do it as a couple since otherwise we would not be able to do it together and it is a service that was hired if that service It could not be done, they should have communicated it by telephone when we made the reservation. I understand that there were no appointments or it was busy, but that was not the case. The fact is that there were not 2 masseuses and that service was not going to be provided, so they should remove the service, not me. I found out that we are not going to enjoy it when I called otherwise I won't even find out when I enter. That at reception they told me when I entered of course that's why we called you to tell you and I told them I'm sorry I called you and you didn't even bother to do so, at the hotel entrance I also expressed my complaint but they told me that they don't have the spa agenda but they should check first To confirm a reservation that what has been contracted could be done, in this case we would not have come since we have many better hotels and closer to enjoy a simple room. The themed Vip suite room, I don't know what the hotel understands what it is, why the room was the worst, the shower we couldn't finish taking a shower because the water was overflowing and coming out, it was clogged, let us know but we're leaving and they haven't even I checked several lights without working, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired and the room was in need of maintenance. They told us at reception that they were renovating some of them, if they are not for use, they should not give them why €620 for 3 nights seems like abuse to me For a simple room and half board, not even water went into the food.

I just left the Agora hotel in Peñ8scola just as I arrived. I booked a room and when I arrived at the hotel they changed it to a lower one and also the bathroom made a very loud noise that would not have allowed us to sleep. We have complained and they tell us that the website already says that they can change the rooms at their convenience. "Be careful with this." We requested a refund of the money paid and they have refused. We requested a room change and they have refused. We have had to leave... without money and without accommodation. We have requested the complaint form and we are going to report.... sad, no, the following.

The hotel is a weak 3 star. Apart from the hotel pool, it has a chill out area with a smaller pool where you can have a drink (adults only) which is very good. The room was spacious and beautiful (it was a superior double). The cleaning staff is very friendly. That's it for the good. Small and completely shaded pool from lunchtime. Few sun loungers and no umbrellas. Very weak buffet. The staff was quite unpleasant, we don't know if it's because it's the end of summer but it seemed like they were always angry. The last night we called the reception because we couldn't turn off the air and it was very cold in the room, they told us that there is no maintenance at night and that there was no other room. When we complained in the morning they told us that nothing more could be done (but they charge you a good price for the room even if you haven't been able to sleep). In the nighttime entertainment, a guy singing alone on the stage and that's it. We do not recommend it for that price.

Our reservation was from August 11 to 15, 2023, both included. I called by phone to reserve parking at the hotel itself 5 days before and they answered that to reserve, it had to be done a week in advance and that if not, the reservation would be subject to availability. day of arrival.
Of course on the first day, we did not have parking, and on the second day from 10 in the morning, which is when they told us, we booked for the rest of the stay.
Due to an unexpected problem with a direct family member, we had to return a day earlier than planned. When we went to pay for the garage, they charged us for the entire stay, without taking into account the reasons that we left a day before, at 11 in the morning and that that space could be occupied by another guest.
On the other hand, they also refused to issue us an invoice for the stay, claiming that we had managed it with another platform. We did not ask for a refund for the unused room day, simply an invoice for what was paid.
We did ask that they not charge us for the parking space for the day that we were not going to occupy, but they did not listen to reason in this either.

This is the sixth year we've been to this hotel. The location is perfect if you are looking for a beach hotel. It also has very close the castle of Peñíscola.
The overall service is very good, with good staff. The pool is very good and the sun loungers area too.
Although Trips have always been in couples, we see that they have very good care for children with activities every day.
The rooms are spacious, with good cleaning and generally very comfortable. Depending on the room you can have better views (there are areas where the views are directly to a mountain and others where you see the beach and the castle)
The food is buffet free, and we have detected that over the years it has been losing quality. Breakfasts are fine but lunch and dinner are down quite a bit.
The spa is well sized but this year we detected that the water was very cold in the pool. For spa it was uncomfortable in the water.

We were spending a weekend and the truth is that even though the hotel is well maintained, in terms of infrastructure, furniture... etc. It has gone down quite a bit. Especially at the buffet.
But a lot... Little variety and terrible quality. Half board does not have a drink included, but charging €3 for a bottle of water seems excessive to me.
The spa has no name, dirty and overcrowded. Shifts are not respected... and it leaves a lot to be desired...
The worst €25 spent in my life.
We hired the wellness pack, and that was it, because for €50 (per couple) you got a 20-minute massage + the thermal circuit... They didn't give us a massage because they didn't have availability... sorry?
Very poorly organized.
The right room. Comfortable beds but pillows that urgently need a change... they looked like cigarette papers. Quiet room although it was next to the elevator, which was appreciated.
Amenitis were conspicuous by their absence, having a kitchenette in the living room, there were no glasses or anything...
The toilet paper... well that... third or fourth category...
So much saving so much saving... and it has become a bad hotel for retirees of the immersed
I don't think we'll go back.
