Dear Guest We would like to thank you for your feedback sending this review expressing your experience staying in The San Anton Hotel. Seems that you were not satisfied and your stay did not meet your expectations. Every country in the world has its rules, policies and regulations, including Malta. The receptionist performed their duty in the right way, when explaining to these guests and asking them to pay the government tax, known as ECO Tax .They charged €5 plus €5 for 2 adults (€5 per person) normal charge which is towards governmental charges. We have a well capable maintenance team who are always prompt to assist any guests concerns.Your issues regarding the TV s, WIFI, and fridge were fixed when reported to our reception as maintenance staff sorted your requests. Kindly note that the towels are changed daily,if,as advertised in the bathroom in several languages, guests leaves the dirty towels on the bath or bathroom floor. Alternatively, these can be obtained from reception at any time. These guests booked a stay with all inclusive program for restaurant and drinks. We are sure you may understand that it is not always easy to please all individual tastes. While we are sorry about the inconvenience experienced, kindly understand that all our staff never have the intention not to assist our guests. We assure you that they work hard and certainly not as stated in stressful manner. Best Regards Aldo Schembri Adami Guest Relation Manager

We arrived here on the 29th October. After reading previous reviews I felt quite apprehensive. My experience of all inclusive has always been at least four stars. My initial impressions were good. The receptionist was pleasant and our room was acceptable if not a little

We chose to spend not much time in the hotel. The food was disappointing and we saw cockroaches in both the dining area and in our room. Some food was excellent...fresh delicious tomatoes and bread, but the cooked food was not well cooked and I wasn’t sure about the cleanliness

Dear Guest We would like to thank you for your feedback and we appreciate all types of comments which we certainly will work to improve the areas we need to improve. We shall forward your comments to the our restaurant management as is is a good idea that they receive feedback with our guests experience. We are sure that our staff work hard to assist all our guests however we are all human and might have bad moments, so we do not really think they did not want to disrespect you. Regarding the kettle, guests can avail themselves with one, by means of collecting it from front office. Glad to hear that you liked the idea of making use of both hotels during your stay. Interesting point that you brought to our attention, is regarding certain machines which are out of order in the games room.We assure you that will shall inform the machine company to come over and check them out. Hi, the bus stop is a good 5 minutes walk away, and run regularly. There is a small mini market just across the road, but if you want eateries and a decent coffee, St Paul’s Square is a good 15 minutes walk, I suggest if you have a better budget to avoid the hotel, but the staff are friendly, it’s the managers that let it down, we are just whining Brits as our friends were told. Hope this helps, Malta is a beautiful island, but our holiday was blighted by the arrogance of the hotel managers.

Dear Guest Kindly note that we treat all guests equally and we provide our full effort to assist our guests. Why are these guests complaining that we try and play around the bush avoiding saying the truth? We assure you that we do not need to give false replies. Management staff are proud enough to welcome all types of feedback(negative or positive). We believe that comments brought to our attention are all a helping hand to improve and give the best service possible to all our guests. All our staff do work hard to honour any complaints or issues brought to our attention. Best Regards Aldo Schembri Adami Guest Relation Manager
