Hello there, You probably visited during what is the least attractive time of the year, to be honest. Cold, sometimes, windy and not extravagantly "Christmassy" - the Maltese celebrate at home in a more humble manner. Happy New Year and we hope you visit Malta again during more clement times. Graham

Yes, as the former guest states. There are a few spaces at the back of the hotel as well, though the rear entrance to the complex is not open 24 hours a day.

The only rooms which don't have balcomies are called "Comfort Rooms" when booking. All the other types have one.

The majority of the rooms have a haidryer on the wall. The 'all-inclusive' aspect is not allied with any facilities in the room, just so you know. If you happen to get a room without a hairdyer, you can get one from the reception desk and use it for free in your room.

Kettle, yes. For the other things, ask in reception and the houseman will bring them.

A Comfort Room does not have a balcony, so can be within the confines of the hotel corridors with not much of a view. Twin rooms have a balcony and usually look out either onto the street, or the pool area. Both types of room have two beds as a minimum requirement.
