From the very moment of check in, the experience at the hotel has been wonderful. The staff is friendly, helpful and speak multiple languages (italian, english, german, portuguese). The external views of the scenery and architecture of the building makes you think you are a Tyrell in Highgarden. The rooms are newly renovated, spacious, clean and again have amazing views. In particular the Junior Suite at Licciola. The many restaurants make breakfast, lunch and dinner diverse and delicious. Emphasis on the abundance and fresh sea food. The different pools, hiking trails and secluded private beaches also adds variety in your day, and small adventures when simply exploring the premises. It works well even with a 6-month old baby, as everything is accessible by buggy, foot, or even golf carts. Special thanks to Ludovica, Giorgia, Mateo, Barbara, Samantha, Angela and Valentina 5/5

A very nice place and dedicated staff. Very peaceful and charming. Access to beaches not very easy with kids buggy. Uphills/downhills walks for restaurants or beaches are the norm and it is lovely, but leave your high heels home or quickly locate buggy's stops. The resort's environmental certification is visible (no plastic bottles/glasses, vegan corner at buffets, local suppliers, electric buggies....). We did feel a genuine respect for nature that we did appreciate. All pools have sea water, but it is treated and not very salty. Fresh water showers are available everywhere after the bath. Nice pool and water course at the spa. Excellent water aerobics teacher. Hammam and sauna still closed due to Covid restrictions. But a nice range of treatments with a competent and helpful team. Book early, specially for multi-day packages. Essentially Italian guests at this time of the year, but also Swiss, German, French and a couple of US guests.

Spent our summer vacation at the resort this summer. My family and I were impressed by the beauty around, delicious food, and the most welcoming people. We visited some amazing places outside of the resort with helpful recommendations from the hotel staff. Our family was happy to find out that the resort has such a different variety of restaurants with authentic Italian food. However, I’d recommend visiting "Li Ciusoni” for their typical Sardinian dinner. You’ll thank me later for it! As for the drinks, our favorite spot was The pool bar “La Conchiglia” where Deborah suggested and prepared for us many amazing cocktails! During our stay, we had a birthday celebration for my niece, and she was treated so special by every member of their team. I’d like to thank the guest relations manager, Alessandro. He was keeping up with all our requests and prepared such a wonderful surprise for her. I wish we could have stayed longer and had more memorable moments there! We will be back for sure.

Strengths: This resort is very well located, it's very beautiful, well organized and it's big, but there are golf carts that take you anywhere. Very diverse in terms of choice of restaurants and bars. It has several swimming pools and several beaches. The beaches we can go to are very good, with crystal clear water and you can even see fish swimming around us. There is a limited beach dining experience that is extremely well-prepared. Due to the fact that you can leave your kids in the kids club, you can go as a family but at the same time have a romantic dinner with your loved one without any worries, like I did. For those with families with young children, the resort has a fantastic kids club, with a very friendly staff and plenty of entertainment, from morning to night, as it has a very long opening hours (from 9am to 11pm). No charge for children from 4 years old, below that, there is a babysitting charge. Optionally, they give lunch and/or dinner to the children. My kids didn't want to leave there. Weaknesses: The main beach requires an 8/10min walk, depending on where you are. The smaller beaches, when it is windy on the main beach, fill up quickly and there is a great lack of sun beds, although there is some space. Either go early or there won't be a decent place on the beach. And if there is wind, the pools will be even more unpleasant. I found the food in the 3 restaurants included in the half/full board not very diverse and of normal quality, it should have more quality for a 5 star resort. In restaurants where you pay extra (even with half or full board - that I found a little abusive) the quality was superior. Wine is expensive and lacking diversity, as most of the wine list is Sardinian wine.
