I will not recomend this hotel. A price has been agreed prior the booking. There was even a written agreement, but at the night before we left the hotel the wife of the owner told us that it was not the correct price. She told us that it was excluding breakfast and tourist tax. We were suprised that she told to us that it was not the correct price, because there was a written agreement. It seems as she has cheated us. The breakfast was not what we have expected and there was not enough chairs and tables for our group. The rooms were clean. The towls were not changed every day and the airco did not work well in all rooms.

Pleasant surprise in the suburbs. Very close to red line metro which made it easy to get to Milan centro & easy access to rest of the metro. Rooms were basic , very clean snd comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

We booked into this hotel for it's easy access to the red metro line. Our first priority was to easily get to Rho Fiera Milan for a trade show. We were told that the hotel was very close to the Metro station and because our booking was close to last minute, it was the only hotel left, for our business budget, close to the metro. Firstly, the hotel has been recently renovated and is decorated in a minimalist, neutral style. That would describe the lobby area. The rooms are spotlessly clean, but sparse. Also, our host gave us a room at the front of the hotel where major underground waterline construction was going on and it was exceedingly noisy very early in the morning. Breakfast was better than expected with coffee or cappuccino, some meats, cheeses, sweet croissant type breads, yogurt and juices. It was served only until 9:30 so don't sleep in if you want breakfast. The hotel is family run. Only papa speaks English and he's a bit cranky. However his wife and daughter are perfectly charming and do a good job on breakfast. Be aware of the fact that there are no restaurants in the area. The exception is one dreadful Chinese restaurant and a tired little Italian spot with pizza and such. It's cheap but disappointing. There is a third spot but the prices are high and the place is always empty. I wouldn't recommend it. In terms of being close to the metro, it's not. It is about a kilometer away, not what the cranky owner told us on the phone when we called him from home before booking. The district is not very nice or picturesque. There is nothing around including sites, shopping, dining, or coffee houses. If you don't dine before leaving wherever you are in the city, you are out of luck. The rooms are so stark and plain that you might think you are in college dorm or a minimum security jail cell. The beds are uncomfortable and many nights I awoke with my ear and head numb because the pillow was rock hard. I don't think I would stay there again because there wasn't enough luxury or comfort for me. However, if you are in a pinch, the place is clean and the breakfast is good.

I found first off that there was abit of a language barrier which is no fault of the owners but rather being ignorant tourists. Yet the staff tried and were quite helpful. This a hotel that you have to consider your expectations first and the description is abit misleading. There is no bar as stated, no food after breakfast and nowhere to sit outside of your room. (Meaning you have to dine out every night and cannot get a quick drink, nearby options seemed limited within walking distance) Breakfast may not appeal to everyone. It seemed frowned upon to have a generous helping of cereal too. If you want milk, ask for it. The air conditioning doesn't make a difference in the room and we personally found it too hot to sleep well at night. Don't try to check in early they will leave you waiting at the door til 2pm. The first day they kept our passport which I'm not a massive fan of but did give them back the following. On the good side of things... The rooms and hotel was very clean, sheets and towels were very crisp and fresh being changed daily. This is a huge upside to me. The female owner seemed abit dubious of us at first but came around while the male was friendly from the start. We asked directions and we were given good ones. Breakfast wasn't what we are used to but it tasted very good and fresh each day. It may seem I have noted more worse than good but that isn't so. I just disagree with how the hotel is described and despite the air con issue would be happy to stay there again. As long as you use a hotel for what it's intended a place to rest your head in clean beds, it's great.

I have been in this hotel with my wife and our child (18) for one night and we really enjoy this hotel. The location is great for visiting Milano for a short trip. It is 10 minutes to the metro station and about 15 minutes in the metro to the city center. The hotel is located in a quite niborhood (Arabic I think,if it disturbs). The room was very very clean and the toilets were also very clean, lighted and big. The service was great and kind and the breakfast was standard for 3 stars hotel, basic and tasty. Moreover, there is a free parking in the area. We really enjoy this quite hotel, and recommend this hotel for a short stay in Milano in a great location! If you need more information you can ask [--] :)
