It was our second time to Filakas Hotel and everything was still as good.We requested the same room as before so when we arrived we felf as if never been away. The view from our balcony is great looking over to the harbour and Sivota .No problem with covid as everything was spotless. The breakfast is your usual Greek breakfast ,plenty to choose from.We hope to return very soon.

Beautiful structure with breathtaking views. Cured, clean, spacious room with kitchen and bathroom. Great for four people as well. I will definitely be back. The hotel is a great base for visiting the surrounding area. I 'll come back there soon

Nice rooms, very nice view in the center in Syvota. The reception lady in the afternoon was not polite en honest. Hospitality promising but not delivering. Breakfast so so. Every day the same. Nice cleaning ladys. Overall not a warm greek feeling.

Never even think of booking this hotel! We arrived early in the evening to check in. I went to the reception alone as there was no parking and my friend was trying to find were to leave our car. The lady at the reception was really rude didn’t offer to help with the luggage! The room was moist and really smelly! Unacceptable! Even more now with the COVID - 19 situation! The room Had no WiFi signal AT ALL and after we complained they said “it is what it is and there is nothing we can do about it”. Furthermore the room was connected to the central cooling/heating system and we could not interfere with the room temperature as it was already settled up. The room was extremely hot, we called the technician, he came to check out and he told us that he -is not going to do anything as it is too much trouble, it is what it is we should get some sleep and forget about it- *this experience totally ruined my vacation!

Our room was spotless with a spectacular view over the small harbour and village. We will certainly be returning next year. The breakfast was everything you would want in a Greek hotel, the eggs and bacon were cooked fresh.Fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, cakes what more would you want.
