Having stayed at the Lotte Palace Hotel in NYC, we were excited to try the newest property in the company’s collection. The hotel is centrally located in the business district and just blocks from Pike Place Market. When our taxi pulled up, a team of valet descended out of nowhere, like a ninja SWAT team, to welcome us, attend to our bags, open the doors and escort us to the elevator that would take us to the reception on the 16th floor. The elevators opened to a beautifully appointed reception area, bar and lounge. We approached the front desk, where Holly cheerfully welcomed us with a glass of champagne (always a plus) and an overview of the property, including spa services and menu. When we approached our room, we noticed a sanitary cleaning seal on the door to ensure no one had entered since the cleaning crew was there. The room was spotless, (the mom in me questions how this is possible with so many mirrored doors – not a fingerprint or water droplet in sight). We were stunned at the sheer size of our 2 room, corner suite. The rooms are larger than any I have seen in a downtown urban location and consisted of a master bedroom, living room (separated by a wall), 2 bathrooms and mini bar with small sink. The corner unit has floor to ceiling windows with a spectacular view of the city and waterfront. There are 2 things I look for in every hotel room – a coffee maker and a robe. This room exceeded both with a Nespresso machine, alongside Rishi tea (my favorite brand), and the softest robe I have ever donned. The sense of luxury continues to the bed - it dwarfs the Westin’s Heavenly bed in comfort and is draped with luxurious duvet and ample feather pillows, not the anemic pillows we normally have to fold in half to prop us up. The staff was incredibly attentive and responsive. There was a large wedding taking place during our stay but we didn’t feel any of the crowds, limited amenities or lack of attention from staff that often accompanies such large events. I would highly recommend this hotel for any personal or business stay while in Seattle.

Hotel's Favourite
This is the best new hotel in Seattle and the most luxurious experience you can find in the city, overtaking Four Seasons Seattle with the incredible rooms and gracious service. I don't think I'll ever want to stay anywhere else in Seattle. They just get every detail right - including excellent breakfast in bed, wonderful soaking tubs and going above and beyond to anticipate guests needs.

It was our second stay at the Lotte Hotel. Didn’t get to write a review after the first stay but it was such a great experience as well. The building was so beautiful and modern. Every corner in the building was spotless clean and well maintained. Our room was in excellent condition and also had a nice view of downtown Seattle. The overall experience was superb and especially, the staffs at the hotel were the nicest people I’ve ever met! They really did care how my stay was and made me feel like I am genuinely welcomed. Especially manager Kara and all the other staffs at the reception. They offered welcome drinks during check-in and made it smooth and all pleasant. Also the entire valet staff and room service staffs were super nice too! Sun Woo and Jorge were nice enough to bring my pup’s bed and blanket. Manager Kara also offered a special treat for my pup. Thanks to all the staffs, we had a very pleasant stay at the Lotte Hotel and it made our trip to Seattle very memorable.

My wife and I stayed for her birthday on a Friday night. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had a great view (ocean view) which was the highlight of the room. However, the room had an excessive amount of mirrors, most walls had large mirrors and there were many pieces of artwork. This made the room feel a bit cluttered and in our opinion took away from what could've been a great room. The in-room breakfast was alright, 3/5. The potatoes seemed reheated in a microwave, which was disappointing. The hotel has an excellent location though.
