Great location, short walks to all the sites & so easy to get to from SeaTac (LINK light rail 45 mins away, with a short walk to the hotel...a lot better than driving). Rooms are very comfortable. Lobby bar is FINALLY open & in full swing. Getting back to way it used to be. Restaurant is still closed, so food options are very limited, so if you're hungry you have to eat out, making breakfast a real chore :( Best part of the Westin is the staff, truly amazing people. They all remembered us from the last time we were there: Clarence, Shu, Tim & Fabio are the BEST...so we simply picked up our conversations from the last visit. And you know they are on the ball when they even remember your favorite drink. We had a great time & plan to go back in a few weeks. Thanks again for taking good care of us.

Central location walkable to Pike Place Market, Space Needle, Chihuly Glass Museum and Lake Union museum. Next to Monorail and Trolley stops. Good Italian restaurants within 2 blocks. Great for a short visit! Used Nejat Limo for airport to hotel; very reasonable and dependable.

Beautiful rooms, great beds, clean, fantastic in room coffee and tea. Very friendly front desk and Valet staff. We were upgraded at check in which was great. Wanted a spa experience, couples massage but it was not available.

Rooms 1952, 2862 & 2954 Stay 9/4 thru 9/6 Bed Bug bites. No assistance with luggage upon arriving at the Westin, transportation left on the side walk, hotel no assistance with new guest total in our group 10. A friend felt and hit her knew and back we reported the accident, while our two day stay in the hotel management or operation did not check on the status of the injuries. Lack of courtesy in behalf of the staff about fall until we called security. The room was not clean or pick up on our second day, we called front desk and there reply was that the hotel did not have enough housekeeper because of the pandemic. Two ladies in our group room 1952 and 2954 with bed bugs bites.

The bell service is great, housekeepers are very friendly, towels are soft and there is a nice view from the 36th floor. The wallpaper is peeling, the towel rack is rusted, the mirror is damaged, the lamp shades are cracked from age, the drapes are shredded from dry rot and the carpet is stained. There is more, but I believe you get the idea.
