Neighbourhood
Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.

We have fallen in love with this hotel. We’ve stayed here on our last three visits to NOLA. The decor is fabulous, but the people who work here are the icing on top of the beautiful cake. Special K, our bellman is the most courteous and conscientious employee we’ve ever

The Saint is movie based theme with interesting architectural features and unique furnishings. We stayed during Jazz Fest 2016 and found it to be clean and comfortable but without a ton of amenities. I enjoyed taking some great photos of their chandeliers and red bar. Breakfast

We booked our stay at the Saint Hotel on March 2, 2018 - 1 King bed room. Our stay was for the dates of March 2 - March 9, 2019. On February 6th, 2019 we called the hotel to add a 3rd guest and change our reservation from a King bed to a room with 2 x Queen beds. The hotel

Good morning Ms. Kulle, I apologize for the frustrating experience you had upon arrival to the property and I will ensure that the errors with your room type, as well as the issues you describe with the room later received, are addressed accordingly. I am glad to hear that you were not assessed any fees but the manner in which your situation was handled was not an example of the standard to which we hold ourselves and I extend my most sincere apology for the negative experience you had while staying with us. Yours in hospitality, Darryl Hill General Manager The Saint Hotel New Orleans

Is there available parking at the hotel or must we park on the street?
There is valet parking available, which can be a bit pricey. Honestly, if you don't have to have a car with you, I wouldn't. The hotel is located about two blocks from Bourbon Street (about a 5 min walk, if that) and also very close to other tourist spots (like Jackson Square, Garden District, etc.) You can always uber/lyft to places for a cheaper price than the valet parking price.

Great location, next to the Ritz (went there for brunch almost every day). It's on Canal St, a busy street. Also down the street is the Roosevelt Hotel, where the Sazerac bar is. Think walking down Market St in downtown San Francisco. No pool.
