A very unfriendly staff. Acted like you were bothering them if you asked a question. The lobby gets too crowded at checkin time and the line will go out the door. Room service was hit and miss. But the beds were comfortable.
My room was so comfortable, I didn't want to leave when it was time to check out. I was in the Alexa tower facing Canal street, and everything was quiet as could be. The bed was comfortable and the room, halls, and lobby were very...More

Thank you for the wonderful review! I am glad that our location met your expectations, you enjoyed dining in Bourbon House, and you had a restful stay with us. We look forward to serving you again when you return to the Crescent City!...More
The location of the hotel is great, right on Bourbon street and right on Canal street. You can walk the quarter easily and can grab street cars to other attractions very easily. We were a little disappointed in the hotel. The service was lacking (had...More
Ok location but this part of Canel St going into Bourbon and Royal is full of beggars and scammers trying to trick money from you ! There is a scam about saying that they can guess were you got your shoes from , DO NOT...More
Keyonna was absolutely amazing and provided us with great customer service. She has made us feel very welcomed into this hotel. After a long night of running around it was great to get right into a comfortable room to relax.
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts
District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
