Picked this hotel due to we could not drive anymore reviews looked okay so thought we would try it. Was very wrong! In the room they put us in is so bad! The king bed is so hard thought I was on the floor! The pillows are so soft they flatten as soon as you lay on them. There is no where to hang your clothes. The bathroom needs redone, It yellow that’s how old it is.

our family haas stayed at this property for track season twice now and both years we have had our problems with housekeeping not cleaning the rooms everyday and the towels having hairs on them and being dirty still and the desk girl not ever having shoes on and always sleeping on her job and the indian guy patel being so rude in the morning at breakfast and never having the right answers for the TV not working and all those reviews from JUN 2019 Aug 2019 Sept 2019 and Nov 2019 reviews on this property posted after all our visits and nothing was added the reviews on the page.. i want the owner of the company to be made aware of this disappointed and ready to sue you hotel for discrimination

this is the 10 time this year we have stayed at this property and every time we have waited to leave the property to do a review and each time it is not posted so here gos 11 .. rooms were good shower was cold sheets were clean floor was dirty in bathroom and breakfast was terrible employee man at desk saying he was manager was no help he was rude and talked to me like a child the parking lot was full of liter and unkeep the wifi had very little connectivity the night we stayed that was reported at 11:16pm and nothing was done the female working the desk was barefoot and undressed at 1:39am when i needed towels cuz my fridge was leaking . the lock on the back of our door was broken and the gap in the door bugs got in all night that was reported at 4:48am and again the desk was undressed and barefoot with messed up hair she did nothing told me that it wasnt her job .

the stay was good the room was on the second the floor the stairs were on the exterior of the building which was a surprise to us the heater worked OK not to well the fridge leaked and was reported but they cant post a review so they are not looking at any maintenance issues as a guest i might have to report the WiFi was good connected right away the directv was out due to rain but the WiFi made up for it im very disappointed in the lack of stand up for the constitution of the USA tho being able to write and post reviews is our right and not to be heard after writing such is i'm sure close to the line of the law dot break the law to not post my review post it i want it read by the masses
