I was shocked. The bathroom had a towel on floor, dried toothpaste on countertop and in sink, water spots on mirror, and the toilet paper looked like it had gotten wet on one side and left to dry. There was a dirty towel hanging on rack inside closet and empty candy wrappers on shelf, the room had water spots and fingerprints on full-length mirror, dried coffee cup ring on bedside table, a huge nasty looking stain on mattress cover, the coffee maker was disgusting, and tall lamp was broken with visible wires hanging. There's no way the room was cleaned or fogged for COVID.

ROACHES. Do not stay here!!!!!. We saw one huge one when we got off of the elevator to go to our room 1107 and then we saw 5 in our room that night. We immediately checked out and left. The front desk told us they just sprayed so they are going to come out. Yea ok. I wish I would have read the reviews before booking. There were no other hotel rooms that night so we had to just drive back home. I would have rather done that then ever stay there. This was so disappointing. That hotel is suppose to be one of the best but it is the worst one I’ve EVER been to.

I would have expected A LOT better for the price they charge. The filthy lobby floors were a good indicator of what to expect during our stay— not swept and definitely not mopped. Elevators were equally as disgusting not to mention hot and slow. Carpeting is in dire need of cleaning and really that goes for the whole establishment. The cleanliness of our room was no better and I must say, I was thrilled I had some disinfecting wipes in my purse, because they were absolutely necessary to stay there. Several hairs left on the shower walls and what I hoped were beard clippings on the shower floor. The shower did not look like it had been cleaned AT ALL. Needless to say- we didn’t use it. The towels were old and rather stained. The fridge had not been cleaned- upon opening to store some water, I was greeted with some sort of dried food and beverage stains. I really hope our bed linens were new, but thinking now after the fact, probably not. Breakfast was inedible, watered down gravy, stale biscuits and undercooked sausage casserole of some kind. Did not see any coffee being served, trust me I looked, as the coffee maker in our room had clearly not been cleaned, just gross. The one night there was one night too many and I was more than happy to check out. For as many good reviews this hotel has, I certainly didn’t see how it was possible. To sum it up- major disappointment.

My wife and I are staying here for a few days on an away from kids, jobs vacation. We checked in on Sunday night June 13th 2021. A little rundown, but nothing horrible. Take note the parking for the hotel is a small empty lot or a parking garage just down the road. The part I'm writing this review about happened Monday night after we had been out walking around all day exploring the town. We can into our room 1114 and I noticed a 2 inch long roach run under the bed, couldn't get to a shoe fast enough to kill it. We left Tesday to go do some other activities and when we got in the car with a Walmart bag from the room thst we had unopened snacks and drinks we bought on the trip there was a 1 inch long roach in the Bag. I had put this bag in the refrigerator after seeing the huge 2 inch roach run under the bed. If you stay here look out for the pests, apparently they forgot to call the exterminator during the pandemic!!! Will not be staying here again!!!

When we checked in the agent was super nice. The room had dust on the headboard and the Keurig was super dirty. We did not use it. We asked for a different room and they kindly moved us right away. The new room was in better condition, but still covered in dust on the headboard. And the Keurig was still dusty as well, but cleaner. The restaurant was understaffed so we had to wait for a while for our food. The food was ok. The server was super nice. The front desk agent was also super nice. After the first night our stay was pleasant.
