Good central location near the south end of town. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had a nice king room overlooking the hospital parking lot next door. Room was very quiet. Only downside - breakfast was cold items only - no hot food. Most hotels now have scrambled eggs, waffles, something hot. Would stay here again if they would get their breakfast up to par.
Very nice hotel and in a great location. This hotel has the softest sheets I’ve even slept on. We had a 3rd floor room by the stairwell and it was very quiet. My husband and I had the indoor pool and hot tub to ourselves on a Friday night when we stayed. I would definitely stay here again!
We returned back to Hot Springs for our's son's 4th of July birthday celebration and visited Magic Springs and the Hot Springs strip as I call it. (Bathhouse row) We arrived to a very clean, very spacious hotel with extremely sweet and accommodating staff. Our room was clean, and large, (glad to have a hide-away bed for our son) large bathroom with all the standard amenities. The only thing we missed one day after being gone for a while is that you must, depending on the length of your stay, request from the front desk that your room be fully serviced. If you stay here, you'll see the note on the bottom left of your bathroom mirror. It is very quiet the later it gets when all the children have gone asleep because they do love to run the hallways, but it was nothing too unbearable. There is a nice breakfast selection in the mornings and more than enough for those staying. This location is about 15 min from Magic Springs and about 11 min from Bathhouse row. Also, during this time of year, there is a local fireworks show along the main road. Best to arrive early to find a spot to park and begin driving a little early towards the end to avoid traffic, which we were stuck in for about 202-25min. but well worth it since our son wanted to see fireworks. Overall, great stay, great atmosphere and would return again.…
The staff was very friendly. Our room was nice but there were some small dings on the furniture so needs some updating. Our refrigerator needed replacing as we noticed it started leaking badly on our last night. Told front desk on check out and she apologized but as we were leaving not a big deal for us. She wrote down the issue and I’m sure they took care of it. Wifi Slow but usually is at hotels. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but kept well stocked and clean. Close to everything and nice location. Would definitely stay here again.
I’m usually pretty understanding but when I go to front desk and tell them that it sounds like a herd of Buffalo above my room at 3 in the afternoon you would expect some understanding. Instead the manager says that it is summer and there are lots of kids it will get better at 11 pm. Didn’t want to move me and was upset that they would have to clean the room again. I paid $200 for my room just like the people above me and have the right to a good night sleep. I did get moved after a debate, but her customer service was lacking. What if you couldn’t have moved me, it was just deal with it. No do your job and handle the situation or you could have further problems when upset guests go confront the other room.
