While Front Desk Ladies were Attentive and Understanding, couldn't overlook Broken Safety Chain, Smoke Alarm disarmed, had to wait 2 1/2 hrs for missing Bedside Table /Lamp to be delivered. GRAB&Go Junk Food, no Fruit.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and updated room. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Awesome view from our 3rd floor room! Good price, especially for our room's wonderful view. Good location and lots of parking.
The floor in our room was quite dirty, as evidenced by the fact that our feet were black between the time we showered that night and the time we went to bed. The air conditioner temperature adult was not functional. The beds seemed to need replacing. When we arrived, there was no soap in our room, so we had to call down to the front desk. Then we had to go fetch our own soap. The back patio view of the lake was nice, but that was the best part of this particular hotel at this time.
We stayed four nights and never got clean towels, never had our bed made or sheets changed, and never had our trash emptied. The elevator floor was dirty and the trash on our floor near the ice machine was full for 2 days with a half-empty jug of milk in it. People were leaving their trash on the floor by the trash can.
Room was warm and never really cooled down. AC rattled. No ceiling fan and no box fan available. Outdated furniture. Noise from hallway was disruptive during the night. Free breakfast?? was a brown paper bag with 2 granola bars and a bottle of water. The bar/restaurant was very overpriced--$60 for an appetizer and margaritas. The service was poor. Doubtful that we would go back to Baymont again. Almost $200 for a very tiny room was ridiculous.
