Not sure about other rooms but mine was on the first floor overlooking the first swimmingpool, dirty mouldy bathroom, stained sheets, poor breakfast, no bar, the whole place needs a refurb, good location and friendly helpful staff, would not stay here again..

We stayed at the new section at the rear of the hotel. Very good except for storage room ion the bathroom, no space to put your toiletries , which I thought would have been included when they built. The breakfast was good but I found it a bit difficult to climb the stairs, as my wife has a medical condition.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but the massages at the Spa are fantastic!! So much better than any of the regular spas on the street. If you want a great massage don’t waste your time going anywhere else.

They don’t run the filter system on the pool all day. So there is floaters and a greasy layer on the water. At night it become a public pool with tons of non guests . Even though there are posted rules that the hotel guest can’t use it after 9 Again no filter yuck 🤢. They breakfast was empty and cold. Staff is young and disrespectful. Not worth it plus you get kicked off the internet every two minutes literally 😭

After a horrible experience at another hotel at 2am after being told the room we payed for was unavailable for 2 days and was given a horrible dirty room with 2 twin beds on our 9 year anniversary i was less than impressed. Called wotif and they were amazing and booked us into this amazing place an hour later. Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile and a beautiful cold refreshing awesome juice. The staff are amazing, room is fine with a big bed. Very happy. Now we can enjoy ourselves and celebrate our 9 years together. Pool is awesome and happy hour is even better

What a great place we arrived at the hotel after a major stuff up at another at 3 in the morning and the staff where awesome to say the least, and great in getting us into a room. The following days the staff were also amazing just like you expect from a 5 star resort, and it's no the flashers hotel ever but still for the price its the best going around

My girlfriend's and I had an awesome 12 days stay here! Top floor, all next to each other, fabulous views! Pool was great, 2 pools one at the front, the other down the back. Staff were super friendly, plenty of smiles. Rooms were serviced daily. Fantastic location, walking distance to Garlic Lane, beach and plenty of cafe's. The girls in the beauty parlor were delightful, just gorgeous! It is an older style place, but seriously you sleep, shower and your off on your next adventure. Pool had happy hour daily 😊 I would stay here again!

You get what you pay for...keep this in mind... We were in the ‘newer’ part of the hotel which is at the back. A quiet spot as it’s not near any roads. The rooms have are large enough with air conditioning. We had a connecting door between our room and that of our kids. It’s a sliding door that didn’t slide really well. The bathroom wasn’t very good and definitely needs work. The sink was hanging loose of the wall (reported it but it didn’t get fixed), the mirror looks awful and need replacing, the walls weren’t clean at all (asked for them to be cleaned but that didn’t happen either). The toilet is fine and so is the shower although the floor gets a little wet when using the shower. But in general the bathroom needs maintenance on details. Breakfast is very standard but fine. The hot Asian food in the three shaving dishes is more often cold than warm because either the flame keeping it hot has gone out or the can with fuel to keep the flame burning is simply not there! The spa is good, really nice massages, recommended! There are lock boxes at the reception to store valuables, no charge. Fresh small bottles of water each day in your room.

This is a budget accommodation in a great spot in Legian. We were paying $72 for 2 interconnecting rooms including breakfast. Definitely a lack of maintenance, rooms are basic, missing pavers around pool, pool is cold as it doesn’t get a lot of sun on it, terrible wifi, bathrooms smell, shower screen sticks to you when you shower, mosquitos, air con doesn’t work properly. The shop out the front had gone down hill. Staff are so rude there and do not acknowledge you at all and the fridges aren’t cold. The Spa is wonderful there. Puti and Usni are lovely people and great at what they do. $9.50 for a 1 hour massage.

We had a large group booking needing 5 rooms at this hotel and it had more issues than we could count!! Seriously they need to shut down this old section ( newer section at the back was not much better) and do a full renovation and fix all the issues! No hot water...comes out as a cold dribble, bad sewer smell in one of the bathrooms, air con leaks and runs down wall to a giant paint bubbling area, dirty brown stains on towels...all need to be thrown out and get new ones!! How hard is that? Then there are the blood stains ( and whatever else ) on the linen on the beds and one friend who lasted one night got bitten by bed bugs. Then there is the lights that don't work...who checks that? Plus the furniture that has lost most of it's paint and looks like something from the tip. Stained bath tubs that are way past their use by date and one entry door with a dodgy lock that barely worked. Then there was the useless WIFI..... on a positive note the staff were accomodating in refunding the booking and apologised for the state of the rooms. Extremely disappointing...we know it's a budget hotel and we don't expect 5 star but we expect clean and working order. Never again...lesson learnt that the photos on booking sites are not like the rooms in this hotel!
