Ibis Styles Bali Legian receives commendation for its spotless premises, particularly the pristine rooms and well-kept pool area. While opinions on the atmosphere are mixed, the tranquil setting pleases numerous guests despite some feeling a disconnect with local culture. The strategic location near the beach and local attractions is a highlight, as is the service, with the staff earning accolades for their warmth and helpfulness. Though the rooms are spacious and boast comfortable beds, a handful of guests suggest they could benefit from modernization. Overall, the hotel is celebrated for its value and amenities.

Stayed here for 16 nights from 24 Dec, 2019 - 8 Jan, 2020. It was 3 star accommodation, pool bar but you can't swim up to it. Pool area was always noisy and full of kids (school holidays) and if u came back to hotel after lunch there was no chance of getting a pool lounge beside the pool. The cocktails were very ordinary (happy hour every day) but no fruit etc to garnish, just a plastic glass with a straw and they weren't very strong. The breakfast was OK, although you had to pay extra for Barista coffee, there was always a shortage of glasses for the juice and only one toaster which meant a wait in line for toast. The sheets only get changed twice a week so if you want fresh ones, you have to ask. The pillows stunk of sweat so we asked for replacements and then put a sarong over it when we were sleeping. Air conditioner was noisy as well. Rooms are getting a bit on the old side and the outside shower in the pool access rooms is a waste of space - we never used ours and the space would have been better used for a lounge area. Fridge was extremely small and in an awkward position underneath tea and coffee in the small alcove where safe is. It was hard to get into and would have been better placed where the chest of drawers were under the bench. Hardly no privacy at all with the ground level rooms next to pool, everyone walking past can see you. On the upside, the ladies in the spa were lovely and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful but I wouldn't stay here again.

I have been staying at All Seasons/Ibis Styles Legian hotel regularly over the past 10 years. This hotel represents excellent value for money. Quite fewroms have been renovated in recent years. The pool is very popular with guests, particularly those with children. The breakfast in Colours Cafe provides a more than adequate range of foods and drinks. Housekeeping staff do an excellent job keeping rooms clean and supplied. I'd particularly like to mention Lanang who kindly tidied my room early each day. Dewi and Etik have been on the staff several years and do a great job of looking after guests at Colours Cafe and around the hotel. The only drawback this trip was the cancelled shuttle bus service to Discovery Mall. It was operating when I arrived but a few days later I was told the service wasn't available as they had no driver. When it was running the shuttle bus was often booked out days in advance. My first morning there was no room on the bus so I took a taxi to Kuta. The traffic was heavy and the trip took almost an hour, The cost was 250 k rupiah. I hope something is done to bring the shuttle bus back soon. Despite this I still call Ibis Styles Legian my preferred spot when holidaying in Bali.

Economical, Location, Adequate for new guests however if you are a returning guest (stayed prior to COVID) you will be disappointed as there is a decline in standard and presentation in food and beverage, administration, pool surrounds and rooms. Previous comments made by returning guests about pool deck works/standards are supported as I stayed for all of August 22. Pictures on the Accor hotel website and in offers made recently for Cudo and Scoopon appear to be 5-6 years old as this was NOT the hotel presentation I experienced during my stay. Experienced staff have left and those remaining do their best to maintain customer service supported by day staff and hospitality student trainees! The owner is reluctant to spend $ on capital works and renovation Accor only manage the hotel! I raised my concerns during my stay with the GM (who has now left as of 8 Sept) and the F&B Manager. I provided more detail in a comprehensive email 8/9 to the new GM@ who may not be aware of this decline and has NOT acknowledged and responded! Given the decline in level of presentation, previous guests will look elsewhere for accommodation. In a competitive market in Legian there are other options for people to consider.

Staff were lovely, breakfast was terrible!
Not allowed in pool if they have an event on unless you pay for the event, despite the fact you paid for the motel expecting to be able to use pool. They also close pool at 8pm, would come back after being out and kids couldn’t even swim.
Desperately needs a spring clean, pulled bed out to get an item we dropped and doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned ever. Bathroom is dirty, stayed for 9 nights and I’m pretty sure they never used a toilet brush in it the whole time. Make beds, replace towels and empty bins that’s about it for daily clean. Also pink mould around shower tiles and shower head sprays Everywhere but down.
Not a bad location and the beds were comfy but definitely stayed in better.

My third visit to this hotel was met with high enthusiasm and success. The hotel is within a walking distance to lots of famous beaches - Padma Beach, Double Six Beach, even Kuta Beach is a good stroll away. Lots of food and entertainment venues within the vicinity makes it a prime location for visitors, especially first time travellers to the island who wants to experience what Bali is like. The hotel itself boasts excellent Balinese style living. Remarkable natural wildlife, excellent pool for those who loves to take a dip, and splendid room with the option to stay in a room equipped with a bathtub and semi-outdoor rain shower. Breakfast and other food menu were delicious, and all in all a value for money. See you again, Ibis Styles Bali Legian.

I stayed a night in the Superior room before moving further up to Tabanan. The hotel is located on a quiet street but near to some decent cafes. Prior to arriving, I informed the reservations team that I will be touching down late. When we arrived, front desk was already expecting us, so check-in was efficient. Although a bit dated, the room was spacious & clean. The toilet had a small bathtub, so it is probably not the best choice for people with mobility issues. There was a small balcony however, I was allocated a room that was facing a back alley / wall. However, it is useful if you intend to stay longer & need an area to dry wet swimsuits. In the day, the pool looked great & I would imagine myself coming back to this hotel if i ever needed to stay in this area. Unfortunately, the room did not have a hair dryer & there were instructions to call the front desk for it. But I was informed that they did not have one on hand. So, if you definitely need to blow your, bring your own. Bottled water was provided with water dispensers located at the common area if you need a refill.

It was great to stay at Ibis Style Bali Legian. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The buffet breakfast and the restaurant have BBQ night every Friday with live music. I had the pleasure of meeting a staff member at this hotel. The location was convenient to numerous shops, an ATM, and the beach. I stayed in the family room with my children, We had a king room with a pool view (I’d definitely recommend the pool view option over the city view) even with only booking that morning, we still managed to get a room on the top floor upon request, which was great.

Vacationing with friends last July was really fun, especially in Bali, we were looking for a location close to the beach but we couldn't afford to book a beachside location. Finally, Kitaber 3 decided to stay at this Jotel because the location wasn't too far from the beach, only 5-10 minutes on foot.
I can say that the hotel doesn't look attractive from the outside, but after entering and arriving at the lobby, we were surprised by the beautiful swimming pool area and the clear color of the water. Wow, I didn't expect that because usually Ibis is like a city hotel, but this Ibis is different, You can feel the resort 👍
The hotel doesn't have an elevator, but in our opinion, that's probably because the building isn't very high, only the 3rd floor, so it's okay if you exercise, hehe
The hotel is quite old but well maintained, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious and the staff is friendly and very informative.
And there is electric bicycle rental too, good for walking around.
This place is really recommended in my opinion...

So this is my 7th time in bali. I travel everywhere but always make a point of spending minimum 5 days out of 2 week trip with ibis hotel legian (formally known as all seasons).
Well not any more. I booked my accommodation 6 months in advance. I was very specific with my request and have confirmation in email confirming my requests. When I arrive they placed me and four other families in wrong rooms. When we moved from deluxe to surperior they charged us extra. I show them email of difference they had told me but they say they don't have to honouring as it has changed names. They overcharged me $25 per night. Won't refund but offered late check out (flight is 10am in morning).

Only got 1 bottle of water each per day. not Nearly enough to brush my teeth.

Didn't replace my towels on 2 occasions.

New Bed sheets had blood stains on them

Staff went through my bag.

Money missing from safe up to $150.

Covered in bites on my legs despite having room sprayed and sheets changed.

Wifi was poor barely worked unless I was in Main entrance.

Pool tiles loose in pool. Friend cut foot on them. No medical assistance provided. Ladder in pool loose and gives u splinters.

Aircon did not work for 2 days in friends room despite request to fix.

As we had to pay upfront they say we can find somewhere else if we want but NO refund.

If we wanted to complain about price we should have done so within 3 days. But could not show me where in their policy it stated this. (I quote " I should know this")

This place was once great but not any more. AVOID AT ALL COST. Shopping is great in the area though.

Staff are great. Breakfast is pleasant but they need to serve butter as single servings and not a big dirty jar of butter they keep refilling. It was quite disgusting.
Pool is refreshing and clean but getting a sun bed is almost impossible. Decking around pool ladder is rotting and dangerous loose pool ladder.
If you have mobility issues or are physically disabled, be warned, there are stairs everywhere. Literally everywhere!!
Rooms are cleanish but very tired. Tiny bathroom with sliding doors. Beds are in need of replacement. If you have someone above you, you will hear every step they take. There is only venetian blinds in the room, and depending on the room you get, the sun will beam right in. The location is really good. The spa rooms are very old, the massage tables are old and uncomfortable and need to be replaced. There are no treatment chairs so you have to sit on a bench to receive and foot and leg massages, pedicures. Go elsewhere and you’ll have some comfort. This hotel is great for a few days as a stop over or purpose visit, but there are better options out there. We were comfortable enough during our stay, but the hotel is too run down for us to seek out this accommodation again.
