Maki-Saki Self-Catering Apartment and Boutique Spa are situated in the picturesque town of Yzerfontein, a mere 100 meters from the beach. Fall asleep at night with the beautiful sound of the waves crashing on the rocks. This home away from home offers a boutique spa where you can relax in the 6-seater jacuzzi or heated pool. There is an on-site boutique gym and a professional beauty salon to treat yourself to a wide range of spa treatments. The apartment sleeps 6 guests. The self-catering apartments have 3 spacious bedrooms of which 2 rooms have double beds and a 3rd room with 2 single beds. The apartment offers 3 bathrooms of which one has an en-suite bathroom. Two of the rooms have doors opening into the beautiful, romantic boutique spa. The apartment further consists of a living area with an open plan lounge and kitchen, fitted with a gas hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The lounge area has a flat-screen TV with DSTV. The apartment is on the lower level of the main house with its own private entrance and secure on-site parking. Maki-Saki self-catering and Boutique Spa will provide you with a relaxing, romantic getaway or an active one. We will go the extra mile to ensure that your stay at Maki-Saki is a memorable one.

From the moment we walked in, we felt at home, beautifully decorated with practicality in mind , everything has been thought of. It almost felt as if we were the 1st guests to stay there.
If wanting to relax, this is the perfect place, between the beachwalks , jacuzzi and comfy loungers you will only get into your car (reluctantly) when you remember to go home.
Yet a quick 5min drive will make sure you can get everything you need. In addition, the close by towns also have allot to offer.
This will become a regular visit and preferred getaway.
(Since our stay we see there have been some more renovations,can't wait to see it)

After a good research of Maki-Saki before our visit we were very excited to go there. Upon our arrival all our high expectations were exceeded!! I don’t think you’ll find a better place like this if you’re looking for some space with intimacy and privacy. Everything is clean and tidy. All the comfort is there. Then on top of everything is the hostess Estelle. She’ll make you feel comfortable from the first moment and she’ll make sure that you understand everything. We will visit again very soon.

It's an amazing house, and beautifully decorated. All the appliances you will need for a great weekend away. Walking distance from the beach,lovely spa and pool area.. The gym is fully equipped for any fitness lover. We were so Comfortable and the owner Estelle is extremely welcoming and always kept us updated regularly about loadshedding ect. House does have solar panels so we were so happy that loadshedding didn't limit us as much as usual. I will definitely recommend this stay for anyone that just needs to relax and rewind. They have an amazing spa option that could be booked before hand if you need any extra pampering. Was so lovely to smell the fresh ocean and to know it is just around the bend and you are on the beach, especially when you love a early morning walk on the beach with your special someone😊. Definitely 10 out of 10..

We went to visit with our senior parents and spend upwards of a week at Maki Saki. It was the most wonderful experience we ever had. We were treated like family. The beach, the views and the space was absolutely beautiful and most comfortable. We rested and visited so well. Estelle made sure we were looked after in every way. She even brought us a snoek fish the fishermen caught that very day! When we left, she sent us home with an encouragement and a blessing. We were deeply touched by their beautiful hospitality and it was so very hard to leave. I would go there again in a heart-beat and recommend this gem to everyone that is looking for a gorgeous welcoming spot to rest. Thank you for a wonderful time that we could connect with our parents.

We had the most incredible, relaxing stay! Everything is beautifully considered and the place is simply gorgeous. With a jacuzzi, splash pool, lounge area and indoor braai in one area, we didn't even feel the need to go anywhere else, except the beach (which is right on the doorstep). Can't wait to go back again!

In style we were hosted with exceptional care. The facilities are amazing with great hangout space. A for sure “must go” experience.

Just the best place for a relaxing weekend away. We have been back twice now because we cannot get enough. No matter the weather you would have a ball. If it’s hot head to the beach for a swim. If it’s cold jump in the hot tub or get a fire going. Take a book or five and just relax. Good for the soul and to recharge those batteries

Maki-Saki was fantastic. Estelle and her husband are fantastic. We were made to to feel very welcome.
The facilities were fantastic and the house is in great condition. We especially enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and hot tub.
