Overall it was a good stay the Aloha festival across from the hotel was lovely and fun that’s what brought us there, although I thought maybe having better pillows for a better rest and definitely having if a microwave in the room would be helpful For reheating up leftover bing that we stayed a few days.

Hotel's Favourite
Vancouver is doing great opening up for travelers during the pandemic. No mask craziness, more like the rest of the country. Ate at the hotel, while social distancing was preserved, we had an enjoyable experience in the restaurant, and had a good time. I travel 14 days out of the month, and would not hesitate to come back here.

Great customer service, great location, spacious room. Loved the 5 minute walk to the waterfront. I loved the balcony- that was an amazing design feature of the hotel. Would definitely stay there again if I’m in the area.

We had a beautiful suite rom with a view of the park. The room had nice amenities, refrigerator, dining table, separate tv for sofa area, sufficient lighting. The bed was also very comfortable. The bathroom though, could use some attention. I took a bath and the underside of all shower faucets, controls, and grab bar (where it connected with tile) hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. (Mold) Part of the caulking around the tub was detached and needed to be replaced. The toilet was also not clean at this angle. Seems that someone is standing up to do their job snd not detailing anything properly. Especially during covid times, I was surprised. There was also some dried fruit/flowers by the window that had not been vacuumed up. On the plus side the parking was secure snd easy in and out. And the hotel is walkable to restaurants and coffee. Would probably stay here again if they can get the baths better cleaned to a higher standard.

Thank you so much for the feedback about your stay. I've sent your comments to Housekeeping and our Engineering departments so they can follow up on the items you have listed. I can assure you this in not our typical cleanliness standard and it needs to be addressed. We hope to see you again and wish you safe travels until then!

So after a disaster at another hotel we booked 2 rooms here for one night. We have a van with 8'3" clearance. I was told to park in the parking garage under the hotel, it had 9' clearance. The entry is VERY tight width wise but I was exhausted and did my best. I was told to park in the center section as that is the 9' clearance area. The desk agent told me the sides and back are only 7' and are marked as such. Well there in no "center" driving area, there is a "U" . The right side entrance is marked 7'. The left, where you pull in, is the entrance and exit. I parked in the "center" parking area, in the first available slot, next to the concrete pillars. Next morning, some yahoo has parked badly or parked a long truck, kitty corner to me and I was not going to be able to back out. My van is mid length and I had pulled into the parking spot in front of me ( there are no curb stops at the front of the spots) to keep the back end from getting smashed by cars driving thru. I pulled forward to try and see if I could get to a spot further down in the center parking area, all be it the 7' foot side. I wasn't going to be able to get out with the concrete pillars to my right, cars to my left and the weirdly parked truck behind me. Well I almost made it to the open spots. There are metal pipes all over the open ceiling. They pushed down and popped off my 3" antenna. And someone from Hilton finally noticed my bull in a china shop dilemma, and had me back down the 7' side, banging the clearance signs but finally finding a way out after the moved another sign. I got topside, got out, loaded our family up and cried. The manager came out, very nice. But their insurance (I didn't even ask him to pay for anything.) Sent me a letter a month later that it is signed properly and therefor, they are not at fault. For an 8' vehicle, it is NOT marked properly. For a long vehicle it is NOT. There should be clearly marked LARGE VEHICLE PARKING" signs. I should have taken up 4 spots, I should have backed in, I should have parked on the street. Hind sight is 20/20 so learn from my 1k$ oops.

I am so sorry about the challenges you experienced in our parking garage. We do have space large enough to accommodate your vehicle and recommend contacting us in advance for a parking attendant to assist you. We are working hard to bring back our Grays team members so we can resume our fabulous breakfast offerings that everyone loves so much. We are THIS CLOSE so hopefully by the time you come see us again we'll have it up and running.
