This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

We arrived mid to late January, the cheapest time to visit NY. Our room rate was reflective of the season, therefore my 4 star review. Had we paid several hundred dollars more for the room, the score would have been much lower. Evidently I’m all about the value, and this was a

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a package and were very happy with the location (not too far from Grand Central Station). The hotel is very grand in the lobby/ foyer but the rooms are a little more jaded - at least on the 15th floor where we were. However, the room and

Hi, we didn’t pay any extra other than WiFi which is only free for an hour in the lobby. I had my 15 year old who obviously wanted it. You do need a credit card and you have to leave a $50 deposit on it. Ask about the limo from the hotel to the airport. We went as a party of 7 and got two yellow taxi’s outside the airport. They were $60 dollars set fee, $20 tolls, $1 per suitcase then plus a tip! We gave $100. So that was $200 as we went as a 4 and 3. Coming home we paid $206 for a stretch limo and it finished the holiday off perfectly. I hope you enjoy NYC.

We had around £400 worth of charges put on my credit card which they said was a security "hold". I have never been to any hotel which took so much as a hold on credit card. We were also not informed of this at check in.

Just visited in February and we asked for an upgrade Upon checking in after discovering our room wasn’t suitable for our needs. Not the hotels fault our tour operator booked us a room far to small. Upgrade wasn’t available that evening due to the hotel being fully booked but they told us we could upgrade the following day which we did without problem and was reasonable priced.
