If you love turn of the century architecture and a smaller boutique hotel, this is the place. Great service, beautiful rooms. Breakfast a bit pricy. Location is close to Freedom Tower and Woolworths Building, and Brooklyn Bridge.

My daughter and I stayed at the Beekman over Mother's Day weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel! The staff is amazing; very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent! The Beekman hasn't missed any details. Would definitely recommend The Beekman.

I've stayed in MANY hotels throughout NYC and this was by far one of the best...if not the best. I stayed here for 4 nights. The architecture, the detail, the restaurants, the bar and the service...all impeccable. My only issue was that the fitness center was closed and the in-room dining was limited, but they have a gym next door...

Amazing property - I am so glad I chose it! The Beekman is a special hotel offering everything you need - great bar, restaurants and the rooms are super plush. I was nervous initially when booking due to location but downtown is the new uptown. The service, staff and ambience are special. I would definitely recommend this to everyone visiting...

It lives up to the photographs, stunning property and a great location for Down Town NYC. The staff are very good and nothing is too much trouble. The free use of the 'house car' ( a chauffered Lexus) within a limited radius was nice touch, they even took us to our next hotel in Mid Town. We were getting married...

Dear Groggwire, Thank you for your review! I am very happy to read that you enjoyed the beautiful public spaces and the use of the complimentary house car. Fowler & Wells is a great experience - I agree! I do apologize for the TV issues during your stay as well as the lobby being closed off for one day due...

The designer deserves a lot of credit. The attention to detail is really remarkable. Everything from the furniture choices to the artwork is outstanding. The restoration using some existing features of the building is well done. Those are things a I will remember best about our recent 4 night stay. We had a deluxe room and it was quite small...

Beautiful, beautiful hotel. But if you get a poorly located room, be prepared for no sleep. All night long we could hear cars, trucks passing by. No sense for a comfortable bed, great ambience if there's not enough soundproofing. Room service was not available during our stay. Room was on the small side, a little expensive for the location.

An impressive experience from check in to check out. Many times you may enter a hotel and wonder about its history. At The Beekman your bell hop will give you a brief and incredible history of the beautiful building. Have a drink at the bar to expand your appreciation of the property. Enjoy your stay at The Beekman!

From before I could officially check-in, when the staff accommodated my early arrival with a quiet spot for a business call, to seamless service throughout the stay, this was an exceptional visit. The lobby is gorgeously decorated, as are the rooms - there is a cool mix of antiques and more modern pieces. We also checked out Augustine, a picture-perfect...

I spent a few nights here for a business conference. It is conveniently located near the New York Stock Exchange in the heart of the financial district.
