Thank you for staying with us and writing a review. We are glad that you enjoyed your time in NYC and liked out hotel. We hope to see you again. Take care and safe travels.
The only decent thing about this hotel is the location. Very close to subways etc. Luckily we didn’t go to New York to sit in a room. Rooms are small and very dark and dingy even with all of the lighting on. I don’t think...More

While we do appreciate you staying with us, we also appreciate that the reviews are accurate. There was serious damage to the bed linens and mattress and after several attempts to have them professionally cleaned, this was not possible. There was no "note...More
Vert displeased with my stay. Rude hotel staff. Was trying to make some inquiries and staff felt that I was being difficult. Rooms are so tiny and it takes forever to use the elevators. Only 1 elevator works for a super high rise building.More

We do thank you for staying with us and appreciate the feedback. However, your comments are totally the opposite of every other review, where they all state how great the staff is and how fantastic the hotel services are. I would be very...More
At the southernmost tip of Manhattan, the Financial District is where New York City began as a center of commerce. Today, the historic streets and beautiful setting are complemented by museums, countless skyscrapers, and the heart of the Financial District, home to Wall Street and the New York Stock Exchange. Catch the Staten Island Ferry for an unbeatable view of the skyline and Statue of Liberty, or sail to Ellis
Island to learn about the vital immigrant history of the city.

There are city taxes on hotel fees, but they don't break them down. Say you pay for a hotel, the fees and taxes SHOULD be included. For instance, in Rome they charge a separate fee and we pay directly to the hotel AFTER booking and paying for said hotel room. That's not the way it's typically done in the U.S. I would verify that all taxes and fees are included in your package. If so, you're good to go without worrying about it!

I used Carmel Car Service. They have flat rates, you can book online and choose to pay the gratuity then or later, and you can get $3 off for referring someone. Taxis also have flat rates to certain destinations, but be mindful they may charge a little more on the weekend or late hours. Depending on your destination, you can shuttle, and there is an airtrain to the subway.
