This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the city an so easy to get to Greenwich, Times Square, 5th avenue and beyond. The rooms are big and so well laid out providing extra shelves and places to put all your belongings and not feel cluttered. The staff is amazing and the

Firstly let me be clear, this was booked on points. It was chosen because of experience of this chain before and also location. The location is really great and most things you want to do in NYC are within walking distance. But I don't think will stay here again as the downsides

Checked in to this hotel on NYE. The hotel hardware is beautiful. New and luxurious furnishings. The service isn't on par with the hardware of the hotel, however. Nothing for status. When mentioned the social keyword "CHILLED TO PERFECTION" the front desk staff was like "oh..

We stayed here for 2 nights while exploring NYC for the first time. We basically only used the hotel for sleeping purposes but the beds were comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Doorman was always helpful to get us a cab, etc. No complaints.

There was not a resort fee, but NYC has additional room taxes. They are always listed when you get to booking the room.

I agree with what has already been said for your benefit, and will add that we did find it a great location, especially if you're in the mood to walk a bit. That said, the rooms - as are most in NYC - are small. There are 3 of us (2 adults, one 10 year old), and we needed the junior executive suite to have enough space to not fall over each other and our luggage. I'd say go for a suite if there are more than 2 of you (or 2 regular rooms), if your budget can handle it.

It was hit and miss when we were there. Some days there were events on. It is not that big an area. I think there was some type of theatre room on that floor used by children. No pool and with that time of the year I'm sure children might prefer a hotel that had one.

Hello. We were two adults in what they call Room 1 with king bed. Our son, wife and granddaughter had a King Bed City View with roll in shower. Alittle more room here. Crib stucked in corner. The rooms are not large but larger than some in New York for sure. We did love how close we were to Empire State bldg. Time Square. NBC studios. Great shopping.

There are two types of suites ( premium and executive). There isn’t much of a size difference in the living room between the two. They are small living rooms but ok for two children on the pull out sofa bed. The main difference between the premium and executive suites is the bathroom. The premium is much bigger. That said it is a wonderful hotel. Very quiet rooms . No balconies in this hotel.
