Wow wow wow Absolutely Amazing hotel. Cannot recommend this hotel enough from walking through the door this beautiful smell hits you. The iconic escalators that awaits you are fabulous. Our room was beautiful and clean very comfy bed and the automatic blinds and shears brilliant. Everybody was so friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful and give you advice. Breakfast is a must and the roof top bar is just gorgeous very tasty cocktails and an amazing view of Manhattan.

I had an amazing weekend with my best friend at the Public Hotel. I loved the efficiency of the Public App and self check-in. The hotel staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Angel and Wolfgang were the best!! We had one small hiccup and they helped us us every step of the way. We enjoyed dining at Popular and had great pastries and coffee at Louis. We can’t wait to come back!

George at the PUBLIC has the most spectacular customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life! He will go above and beyond your basic needs and get things done in a pleasant timely manner. His attention to detail is impeccable. Not only is the PUBLIC one of the nicest hotels in NYC it also has the best staff! I will only stay there when I come to visit the city. Thank you PUBLIC for having such a great team of employees!

This hotel is beautiful and smells great off the walk-in. I appreciate the customer service provided, specially from a gentleman by the name of Genesis. He was great and ensured myself and the other guests were well taken care of. I definitely recommend this hotel to individuals who are looking for a comfortable and chilled space. I enjoyed my time by the bar and the social space, very comfortable couches and technology friendly, good quality wifi.

What a fun hotel! I travel a lot, and don't normally do reviews, but this trip was different. For one, the check in is fool proof. But if you have questions, Javier and Jean were my go-tos for showing me everything the hotel had to offer. The vibes of the entire hotel are just 'cool', for lack of a better word. The rooms are very nice and teched out, but the bar and lobby is where I wanted to hang out most of the time. I didn't eat there, so I can't comment on that, but I certainly enjoyed a beverage or two. The neighborhood is also perfect, with so many hot spots within walking distance. I had a late flight out, so the locker storage was so convenient, allowing access to my bags throughout the day, even after I checked out. The staff went above and beyond during my entire stay, and Angel was their hype man, celebrating how great the team is - all true NYC characters. It was all laughs, and you could tell they all enjoyed being there. Worth the money. Worth the hype. Returning is the only option.…
