I showed up to check into my hotel and my room wasn't ready yet. I think housekeeping was very busy. I waited a little while for my room and when I went back to check in they gave me a free upgrade with a beautiful view of the Empire State Building. They were very pleased with my patience and I was pleased with how accommodating they were!

We stayed at the Arlo Nomad for a week at the end of April. This is a fantastic hotel with incredible front desk staff. Both Tasha and Keelan were friendly, helpful and super-welcoming. They made our trip which was a celebration for my wife's 40th birthday really special. Tasha in particular went above and beyond - we will always be very grateful for all her help. We can't wait to stay again!

The staff was nice and did their best however this hotel was NOT satisfactory. We arrived and had to wait, double parked, for an overbooked valet. The lobby fragrance is overwhelming, most likely trying to cover up bad odors. The room was so small that the entrance is through the bathroom and we had to crawl over or bend around to get by the bed. The window looks into an alley with florescent lights that shine in because the curtain and shade don't block out the light. At checkout the wait to get the car from the valet was over and hour so we walked to the garage and picked it up ourselves.

The rooftop was amazing and the drinks were strong but good. I would totally recommend this to my friends and family. Janery and Justin were so sweet they gave me a lot of recommendations of places to visit near by. We will definitely be booking another stay.

Fabulous hotel, roof top bar is amazing as was view from my room. Room really well appointed and cleverly laid out with plenty of space. Super comfortable bed and great bathroom with bath. Hotel staff could not be more helpful or kind. Highly recommended!
