CA is covid reopened. Hotel had very diminished services and experience. Not disclosed on website and only partially disclosed at check in. Restaurant closed. Bar closed. No maid service. Tv didn’t work. Not enough towels. Room was loud from traffic noise. Window roller shade wasn’t working. Charged $100 incidental hold on credit card even tho there were NO incidentals available to be purchased. Charged pre covid rates for a completely unacceptable stay. I’m a Hyatt loyalty member. I’d never stay at this awful property again.
Very disappointed, hot breakfast is not included, but they are still saying hot breakfast included. Never stay again and I am regret that i chose believe Hyatt name , room was very small and breakfast was bad
The hotel room 172 was dated, they ran out of towels and the air vent was rusted and dirty. We did not get room service, carpet was dirty and children were running in the halls. Dated room And I had to pay a per fee. I think they give the people with pets dated rooms. Not cool, my dog is hypo allergenic and she is use to a very nice and clean space. I bought Lysol and cleaned myself. Don’t stay here.
Room was clean. Breakfast was bagged, but we had some choices. We’d have preferred a real breakfast, but this was okay. Didn’t like how they limited choices and quantities, though. Overall, our experience was just okay. The “COVID” changes seemed more about pinching pennies than any concern with safety.
