This hotel is in a great location but way over priced for the condition of the hotel. Poor water pressure, very out dated. Woke up to gun shots on our first day. Elevator did not work. Rooms are very out dated, spit balls on the walls. Dirty floors and bathroom in poor condition.
The room was small and dirty, I moved the bads togetherand saw a lot of dirt and trash underneath. The door to the porch was broken and wouldn't lock, made us feel unsafe. The inn said no smoking but we could smell smoke everyday we were there which really sucks because my wife is pregnant and I have a 3 yr old with us. I've never been to a motel, hotel, inn that had me pay for parking where I'm paying to stay there. Overall this inn falls way below a motel 6, which I consider the cheapest place to stay in.
Outside appearance was bad. Needed to be swept and painted. CHARGED for parking!! Bad water pressure. Couldn’t get internet. First room was smoked in. Beds were good, small TV. Elevator was really slow
Tried to charge me for a scratch and while blaming my service and then when the entire place was dirty and damaged to start have them go through the room with you if you stay here and point out every scratch to see if there’s going to be a lot everything is from late 70s 80s so of course it has scratches paintings on the wall of scratches their old
Over all they are accommodating to your needs but they should change how you set reservations because prices over the phone were different than in person the staff was great and if it wasn’t for them I probably would have canceled only because the price difference.
