Decided to spend the weekend in San Diego with friends. The Staff is super friendly and helpful. The Hotel is within walking distance of everything that interested us. The pool party was amazing! Will definitely be back!
I don’t consider myself old at 31, but the younger people these days sure make me feel like it. All night screaming and yelling up and down the halls and several times our door was banged on which I'm sure was part of their midnight truth or dare games…We go to Vegas 3-6 times a year and have never had this bad of experience. This hotel attracts the kind of crowds you wouldn’t want living next to you (drunk college kids). So many other great hotels in downtown, will never make this mistake again! If looking for any kind of good sleep, stay as far away from this place as possible. Worst anniversary hotel stay yet!
I stayed here for 4-nights in May. Great experience. The whole place is great. Check-in and out were quick and smooth. The rooms were clean and well designed. The pool was great with attentive staff. We had a minor water temperature issue in our room. I called the desk to inquire about a fix. To my surprise, my wife and I were moved to an upgraded room to ensure we were not inconvenienced. This was not something we had expected or asked for but was an example of the Hard Rock's decision to customer service.
This is a great hotel. It’s in the Gaslamp area of San Diego with great restaurants and lively night life all within walking distance. If you get a view room of Petco Stadium. Rooms are great comfortable and clean.
Absolutely gorgeous. Room was immaculately clean. Hotel staff was so friendly and kind. The hotel is located at the beginning of Gaslamp Quarter, exactly where you want to be while in San Diego. The Petco Stadium is right next door to the hotel so you can catch a Padres game while in town. Short walk to Seaport Pier. And short Uber to Balboa Park and Little Italy!
