I don't think I've ever left a hotel review in almost 40 rotations around the sun, but this stay has compelled me. The hotel is in an amazing location! Walking distance to a ton of interesting sites downtown as well as very close to public transportation. Check-in: very friendly and fast check-in! I wish I could remember the young lady's name, but she made check-in a pleasure. She was super friendly, gave great area recommendations and explained the hotel covid safety protocols expertly and succinctly. To keep sanitary, the front hotel doors open with a touch-free wave of the hands and check-in was quick and easy via lobby kiosk. Each time you enter the lobby, you are required to undergo a quick automated temperature check. This, as well as limiting elevators use to individuals and traveling pairs/groups, is the hotels response to covid. The protocols make sense and no patrons seemed to mind. The room: The room was very dirty. There were dried coffee stains running down one wall, dried urine still on the toilet and dust EVERYWHERE! The shower still had soap scum. The bed: I actually quite liked the sheets; crisp percale that slept cool, under a very comfortable down-alternative comforter. The mattress, however, is clearly past it's replacement time and offered punishing back jabs the entire weekend. The perfect location and good covid protocols can't save this hotel from it's offensively below-average room conditions. The young lady at the front desk was full of energy and positivity which I loved! It was quiet, relaxed, and clean! I found out why the bathrooms are not pictured.... very very very small. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a brick wall. The room was just small in general. It’s good for a single person for sure! However, me and my partner felt a little too cramped. We stayed for 2 nights and ended up leaving our reservation just a night earlier due to us wanting to sleep in our own bed!

The hotel was very comfortable and safe. They took the necessary safety precautions and even went above and beyond. There’s a chilled water fountain that’s convenient The TV is also smart TV so I could connect my phone and actually watch something. The staff was also very sweet

My stay at Club Quarters was simply remarkable. I enjoy the homely feel of the hotel and staff members like Carla and Carter. Extremely friendly and helpful. Bryan was also simply amazing and informative. It was my first time in Boston on vacation and Bryan gave me a myriad of options to checkout. It truly added to the Boston experience. He was also always courteous and kind in helping guests and went the extra mile to make the experience of CQ memorable.

I have never had a worse experience at a hotel. My boyfriend and I stayed on New Year's Eve. We wanted a relaxing staycation and got the complete opposite. The room next to use ended up being kids who were clearly intoxicated and banging and screaming all night long. At 3:30am I contacted the hotel's text line to report the kids banging on the door next to us as well as a door a few rooms down and screaming because they kept on forgeting the keys to get in. At around 5am the boy in the room next to us started screaming at a girl and was threatening her. I reported this again to the text line and both times the worker came up and just told them to be quiet. At this point my boyfriend and I did not feel safe and we packed up and decided to leave. Front desk told us to contact Priceline who would then validate with the hotel what happened, so we could get a full refund. It has been almost a week and Priceline has called the hotel over 10 times and I've also tried to contact the hotel via call and email and I've heard NOTHING. On top of that we validated our parking ticket with the hotel, so it was supposed to be $26, but ended up being $44. What a scam. DO NOT stay here I have never had a worse experience.…
