This hotel had not fully reopened when we stayed in mid June. There is no restaurant or bar on site, and no mini bar or snacks in the room. Only water provided in room was 9 bucks for a modest sized bottle. On June 18th room service quoted 75 minutes for breakfast delivery and the omelette in any event tasted like cardboard when delivered. Exceptional Boston location and very professional staff!

My daughter and I recently stayed at the Boston property. We are of course cautious traveling and it was relaxing to be around such professional staff. Everything was accommodating and safe. The work arounds that everyone needs to pay attention to due to COVID are well done. The room and the beds were fabulous as usual. Thank you to all the folks that make it possible at the hotel. Each person we came in contact with was straight up great at their jobs. We will return no doubt.

This was our second stay in 30 days. We don't plan on staying anywhere else when in Boston. Michelle, Sydney, the gentlemen at the FD at night & the FD supervisor/manager (their names escape me), were phenomenal in all ways! When I had a terrible stomach ache, Michelle personally delivered ginger ale to our room late night. Sydney worked with us to accommodate our special room requests, even on a busy Memorial Day weekend. The evening FD rep offered us credits when Room Service was backlogged and we weren't able to reach them. (The only drawback during this visit was Room Service. The first morning, I was on hold for over 30 mins before I was able to place an order. The second morning, I gave up after almost an hour of being on hold and just went across the street to Starbucks. For the third morning's breakfast, we pre-ordered with FD. I know the hotel was super busy, as it was a holiday weekend, but the extended wait times just to place an order at a hotel of your caliber & price point, seems unacceptable to me.) The housekeeping staff is wonderful. The little touches of wire keepers, wipes for glasses, etc are just a few ways you make us feel at home here! We're currently obsessed with the end rooms (the 03s as I call them, 703 our first visit & 503 our last one) and the closet space, larger table, & sizable bathroom really allow us the space both of us need to get some work done while feeling comfortable & to also get ready & enjoy our time at MO & Boston. I also need to shout out the Spa team as their positive vibes & helpful gestures really allow me (super Type A & hard to relax) to unwind and remember I deserve to do so! Thank you! Lastly, it's important to give a shout out to the door/bell staff. They were always willing to lend a hand and super friendly. Thank you, MO Boston! We will surely be back!!!! You guys rock!

One of the best last minute decisions we have ever made. The staff from the front desk to room service was truly friendly, well trained, accommodative and efficient. The room was luxurious. Worth every penny.

We were celebrating my daughter's 12th birthday and this year she asked for a sleep over in a hotel with 3 of her best friends. We booked connecting rooms, which was awesome because not many hotels offer this option anymore. From the moment we arrived JP welcomed us by the door and asked for assistance with the bags, Katharina and Brett checked us in, and to our surprise all the girls had their own room keys marked as VYVIP and their names inside a pouch holder they could put around their necks! this detail blew them away! They have a robot and his name is MOBI, he took the girls to the elevator all the way to the room, this was unexpected and so much fun for them! when we arrived to the room, it was decorated with happy birthday balloons and a a beautiful chocolate cake amenity that Ivan from IRD brought us minutes later, so thoughtful!!! The rooms were newly renovated, beautifully designed, and extremely clean. The fun of the connecting rooms made our stay so much easier and gave us all the fun and the relaxation we needed. Location is unbeatable, we had dinner at Eataly and then went and do some shopping in Newbury street. The beds were so comfortable!! I did not want to leave! In the morning we all experienced 5 stars in room dining service with Mohamed, who was attentive and showed us attention to detail with the set up and preparation, the food was delicious. Tanya checked us out with her professional and friending demeanor, and Katarina the Hotel Manager came to give us a warm farewell, we felt like we were at home and we all left with heartfelt gratitude, we had the best staycation ever, my daughter had the best birthday ever and we can't wait to repeat this experience again!
