We stayed in the Anna Suite. This suite has plenty of amenities. The decor is in keeping with the period, some items need attention. The new amenities like TV appear to be an afterthought.

The staff in nice but no stand out customer service. Staff should be mindful of voices and language which can be heard as guest come and go out the back to the elevator and parking.
Needs more attention to detail when cleaning rooms for next guest. Just little things like the furniture needed dusting, used K cup and remaining water left in machine along with the water reservoir lids melted and could not be used.
The restaurant is fabulous both service and food. However the hotel does not offer any breakfast options.
Excellent location to enjoy the town.

Our room was quite comfortable and it was fun to be in the "Runaway Bride" cast hotel. For those wanting modern conveniences it is not so good. The wi-fi came and went faster than a race car and I was only trying to check email. I gave up. The bathroom was tiny, probably a consequence of installing a private bathroom in every room of this century plus old hotel. There was a Keurig-style machine with tea and coffee on a table in the hallway which was a nice touch. In spite of the fact that my husband had a large suitcase and walks using a cane and we are both in our 60s, we were directed to the stairway when we checked in. No mention was made of the elevator which we discovered by mistake. That elevator should have been mentioned at check-in.

The Atlantic is a very different stay for us, as we gravitate to a different type of venue. We were so happy we had this experience in a Victorian hotel. We stayed in one of the few king sized beds with en suite bath. Be prepared, the bath is small and has an old fashioned claw footed tub. So not recommended for those with handicapped issues. Room was very clean and hotel staff pleasant. Berlin is a charming Southern historic town. Hotel is not appropriate for children, you have hundreds a half our away in Ocean City, but perfect for couples looking fore some peace and quiet. Loved t!

What a place...Atlantic Hotel...A must stay. My dear wife chose the Rose Room for us. Our son enjoyed the Elizabeth Room. The Rose Room, with its four windows on a corner, was awesomely quiet. The town is quaint. The streets of 'yesterday year' and 'those gone by' permeate the ambient feel and look, sights and sounds. Period furniture invades your senses. Just love it.

Free parking, entrance from the parking lot, easy check-in. Our reservation was waiting for us and we stayed in the Elizabeth Room (Room 12). Right at the top of the stairs. There is an elevator, but we never needed to try it. The room is quiet and comfortable. It has an Xfinity hot spot plus their own wifi. TV is very small 26" but that is listed on the website. Easy walk for all businesses and Burley Oak Brewing is only a 3 minute drive away.

My husband and I spent Memorial Day weekend at the Atlantic Hotel. We were disappointed with our room. It was located right above the bar and restaurant. It was very noisy until late in the evening. The furniture was dusty and the floor was dirty beneath the bed. There was a TV remote for Netflix, but we were told that the hotel did not provide that service. One positive note was the amount of parking available.

Good restaurant with good service. Portions were large so you can split them with others. Good food and good service. The dinning room has a singer which can be very loud, but the porch is a good place to eat.

The word "Charming" is not enough to do justice the The Atlantic. From the warm welcome at the front desk, to the tastefully decorated room (no one went overboard with antiques that just get in the way), to the comfortable bed, plentiful drawers, large bathroom, and great location in this surprisingly quaint town, we had an amazing experience. The restaurant is worth a visit. But what made me determined to share this lovely place was after one of my very expensive electronics fell on the floor, the housekeeping staff found it, called me, and mailed it within 24 hours. This place is HIGHLY recommended!

decided spur of the moment to stay here and based on the previous reviews I guess we got very lucky. Enjoyed the antiques and took so many pictures of them! Our room was perfect and very comfortable but forget the name it was on the 2nd floor. Shower had great water pressure.

We stopped for lunch at the Atlantic Hotel in Berlin, MD. We were seated outside on a screened in porch. It seems like a traditional sport where there are a lot of returning diners.

My wife ordered the "Fancy Chicken Salad" sandwich. It was served with dried fruits, pine nuts and capers on bread. She enjoyed it very much.

I had the salmon BLT on a ciabatta roll. It included applewood bacon, pesto mayo, roasted red pepper, lettuce and tomato. It was very good.

We recommend the Atlantic Hotel as a great spot to relax and enjoy the friendly atmosphere of Berlin.

There are several sites on the street and a hotel parking space behind the hotel. If you are visiting the hotel the staff can help with parking. Otherwise you will need to look around.

My room didn't have a fridge but I can't see them stopping you myself! There is a picnic table to one side of the hotel (on the right) which is not a major part of the service place and I suspect you could sit there and eat a picnic you'd brought! I sat there and read my book and ate a biscuit and cup of something I'd made. They don't serve breakfast so surely you could sit and eat croissants and drink orange juice somewhere. Sorry that's the best I can do to answer that question!
