This is a wonderful hotel situated in the middle of two beautiful national parks. We only stayed here two nights but wish we could have been here longer. The pool area was beautiful with the rock formations. There were at least three hot tubs to relax in after a long day of hiking. The rooms were quite pretty and were very clean. They had local photography in the rooms of some of the great sights around the hotel. The location is only 2 miles to the Arches National Park Entrance. Make sure to get to the National parks before 6 30 in the morning for there to be low crowds.

We really liked this place. It's right on the Colorado river as you enter Moab, and close to Lion's Park. It's modern and clean. We has a suite that was roomy with two queens, a pull out sofa, a sitting area, plenty of seating, desks, furniture...places to put your luggage on so they don't sit on the floor. Their outdoor pool area is super nice with a water fall, hot tubs, and fire pits. It felt like a little resort. Breakfast was included. It was good with a nice selection of hot and cold items.

Stayed Sunday-Monday over Father’s Day weekend. The pool and the location was awesome! We have a toddler and he loved the pool and the water features! The location was really close to arches. The room overall was really nice and clean but surprisingly there were a ton of spiderwebs and little flies in the window and corners of the shower. Not sure if they just hadn’t done a deep cleaning since Covid or what, but it seems like the window area hadn’t been clean in awhile.

Thank you so much for your rating and feedback! We hope you were able to have a relaxing Fathers Day Weekend with your family! We appreciate your feedback related to the cob webs in the window. We are located right next to the Colorado river and experience a very high instance of nats in our area. These nats will create webs on our building including the windows of our hotel. We do everything we can to stay ahead of them with regular cleanings of the exterior of our building and apologize that we did not get to your window before your stay. We will continue to address and fix this issue and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We are glad you enjoyed our pool and we would love to see you on your next adventure to Moab!

At almost $400 per night, I was very underwhelmed with the room and the hotel grounds; obviously, this high of a rate is because of the location and what the market will bear. That said, it was a better than average Fairfield Inn that’s located next to the Colorado River, and close by to one of our nation’s most beautiful national parks. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the bed very comfortable for a good night’s rest. Not sure if I will stay here again on my next visit.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us! Moab has so much to offer and has become a very popular destination. We realize price is a very subjective part of booking travel. We look at our pricing frequently to ensure we are as fairly priced for our market and amenities we offer at our hotel compared to other like hotels in Moab. Thank you for your kind comments for our staff they love to hear when their hard work is paying off and noticed. We are thankful you chose our location and would love another chance to serve you when your travels bring you back to Moab!

The Fairfield is 5 minutes from Arches, and is on the side of town closest to Canyonlands, thus avoiding any traffic. Plenty of free parking. The full breakfast was enough to keep us going a good part of the day. The pool area was nice, including the view of the red cliffs, although we only used it once during our 4 night stay. The hotel is a bit pricey, but felt it worth the tradeoff for the location.
