What a great place. The staff were superb and great to talk with about my trip etc. They were a great bunch. The rooms were full of everything you would need. The bed was comfortable, the shower was perfect. The location is perfect for a trip to Arches/Canyonlands/Dead Horse Point. It is literally 5 minutes from Arches. The place was spotless and I couldn't be any more pleased to have used this as mu base camp for my last 4 days of a solo hiking trip through the Mighty! The heated pool and hot tub were clean and a bonus to the place. Had coffee 24 hours and it was fresh every time. Just an overall great location to stop at. Pet friendly as well. Stay here if you can. You can cook in the room and have a full sized refrigeratot at your disposal. All I can say is this was great for me.

Hotel's Favourite
The room is fantastic! Clean, top of the line everything in the room. No pool, hot tub, or restaurant but new place with awesome bed, full refrigerator with freezer, efficiency style kitchen. Was hard to find as Google maps doesn't even recognize this new place. On the side of/ built into the mountain. Steep drive up to it.

PROS: New hotel, clean, comfortable bed, nice linens and towels, view across valley includes river, close to Arches NP entrance, friendly employees who automatically sign you up for the MyPlace rewards program, kitchen with full-size refrigerator, 2-burner cooktop, coffeemaker, and microwave. CONS: NOISY! Road noise!, noisy full-size refrigerator with noisy ice-maker in room (had to flip breaker switch to turn it off), no breakfast, steep road entrance with large speed bumps, paid $370 for one basic room for one night (outrageous!).

The website promised a kitchenette. Surprise! The kitchenette had a fridge, range-top and microwave but no silverware, cookware or place settings like plates, bowls, glasses, etc. We stayed two nights. We returned to our room for the second night. Surprise! The room was not made up. Staff only then informed us the rooms were serviced every 4th day. We noticed no breakfast area in the lobby so just figured it was provided in another room. Surprise! A card in the room said we had to order breakfast the night before and staff would deliver it to the room that same night - for $5 per person including taxes and whatever. "Breakfast" was a microwave-able breakfast sandwich/bagel/burrito or cereal (chose one), yogurt or fruit (choose one) and milk, juice or water (chose one). It was delivered in a disposable clear plastic clam shell container. I had the convenience store burrito and my wife the sandwich - both terrible. If you wanted more you could buy convenience store microwave junk at a front-desk kiosk. We had a TV but no in-room or on-screen guide. There was no information provided on local services, restaurants, etc. The room was plain jane but clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant. We did not appreciate the surprises or the business model once we were fully informed. We would have stayed elsewhere had we known what we learned after the fact. This is a crappy business model. We'll not be staying at a My Place property again.

Clean with great amenities. The kitchen includes and full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and two-burner stovetop. Dishes are available from the desk clerk (paper plates but real flatware and pots and pans). Great location just a few minutes away from Arches. The only complaint is noise. The refrigerator and AC are noisy.

Room Tip: The view towards the street is awe-inspiring but the road noise from ATVs and trucks is loud.
