This place has a great view of the mountains for sunset and sunrise. They have a covered deck and when you look off the deck, there is an area below where there is a gazebo that has 3 double swings and there is a grill there for your use. You can get a room with a view as well. Very nice size room with a king bed and a private bath. They are not far from the Main Street, where you can park along a side street, there is plenty of free parking. Mary made us breakfast and both days were great and if you are in a hurry in the morning and don't have time for a cooked breakfast, she has items to quickly heat up and other items, such as muffins and cereals available. She has a stocked refrigerator as well with drinks and room to put in whatever you may purchase. This place was way less as well than the places along the main street. I can't think of any reason not to stay here.…
We had a great experience at Mary and Jeramey’s bed and breakfast. We were in room #4. We had a lovely view of the mountains, nice size room, king bed, private bathroom and access to a lovely deck overlooking their back yard and where we also had breakfast. They have a a covered deck in their back yard that has 3 double swings. One afternoon, I took a glass of wine and my book and just enjoyed swinging. They are close to Arches and Canyonland and many cute shops on the Main Street. We had a nice conversation with Mary before we left and enjoyed her breakfast. We give them ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ and will definitely recommend to anyone going to Moab.
This B and B is very well set up for guest safety. There are outside stairs up to bedrooms and an outside deck with small tables or a picnic table in the fenced back yard where you can sit to eat your hot breakfast if you choose to. There is also a kitchen with several tables where you can store your own food and eat a hot breakfast that is individually prepared by mask-wearing Mary at a time you select. We stayed in room 4, which is a spacious king in a separate area of the home with a sitting area shared with room 5. These two rooms have their own outside door and are a set apart from the other 3 rooms which are in a hallway off of the kitchen. This shared alcove also has a washer-drier which guests can use. Mary and Jeremy’s home is in a separate area of the building. Traffic in Moab is really bad in the morning and at dinner time so I loved the quiet location at the end of a cul de sac. Most Moab hotels are along the main road where traffic can back up for miles and it can be hard to get in and out, but you can plan a route from Arches B and B to get to a stop light. We loved our stay there, slept really well, and will go back!…
This bed and breakfast has everything you could ever want. The location on top of a hill allows for fabulous sunsets, Mary and Jeromy are entertaining and knowledgeable hosts, and the breakfasts fill you up for a very active day. I’ll also add that the mattresses are the best! It is quiet and a bit out of town, which for us was a plus. We loved our 3 nights there and would love to return.
We ended up at Arches B&B mostly by accident--we hadn't booked a place a few weeks before our trip, and when we did hotels were mostly full and AirBnBs didn't have great reviews... but what we thought was bad luck turned out to be the best luck ever! We had such a wonderful experience at Arches Drive B&B and wouldn't stay anywhere else next time in Moab. We texted Mary our estimated arrival time (a little late, circa 8pm) the same-day and she met us out front for the tour. We had a king + sofa bed room, which was perfectly clean and had a great amount of space. The AC was great, several windows, and the sofa bed was perfectly fine (as most sofa beds are). The bathroom had a walk-in shower and was well-stocked. A washer/dryer for guest-use was a happy surprise, too. Both nights we used the deck for our dinner-space and enjoyed watching the sun set over the mountains. Breakfast was a true highlight--we texted Mary our order by 9pm the day before and she would have it ready right on time the next morning (absolutely delicious!) We left for a sunrise hike our first morning so we missed breakfast, but she still had breakfast burritos and coffee ready for us to heat up and go! It was little above-and-beyond things like this that made our stay so great. Located in a fully residential neighborhood, this is a low-key place--you're expected to be respectful of neighbors (quiet at night, for example) which was exactly the pace we were looking for (but if you want a party, look somewhere else). And we felt pandemic-safe the entire stay. Mary wore a mask at all times (other guests didn't, but that's not her fault) and we were never in a room with other guests (including breakfast). The room seemed spotless, too. Enthusiastic recommendation from me!…
