We stayed in the Hotel Vertigo for about 3 nights. Joan and Greg at the reception desk were very helpful and also advised with a lot of recommendations in the city. The room was nice and offered all we need.
Very helpful staff, generally clean. Early check in and bag storage before & after stay was very useful. However rooms are tatty and on the small side. No coffee or breakfast available at the hotel. Recommend getting transport to downtown, the tenderloin area is rough!
