Room smelled bad, sheets very worn, tiny bathroom. Housekeeping did not come during my stay and when I complained to the general manager, she insisted that they had left a note. The alleged "note", which I asked them to show me the next morning was...More
Rooms definitely need renovation, but clean.
Minimum bathroom cosmetics, very poor breakfast.
Self Laundry services on each floor, which is convenient.
Location is very good, walking distance to the pier, relatively cheap rides with Uber around the city.

Stayed two nights. Very quiet room. Bed comfortable. TV worked well. When they said a heated pool on premises AND open in April in SF I was impressed. Believe me, the pool was heated to quite a pleasant temperature. A bit of a hike to...More
We stayed for 4 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Our room on the third floor was spacious and clean. Check in was efficient and we were given a nights free parking as we were dropping back our hire car the next morning.
Don’t let any bad reviews fool you. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. The junior suite was the perfect size for our family of five. We had a great view of the Golden Gate Bridge! Yes, there is only one elevator that...More
Russian Hill has evolved into a chic residential neighborhood with outstanding views from every corner. Combined with several great cafes, restaurants, antique shops and boutiques, it’s easy to see why any visitor would gladly leave their heart in San Francisco. Cars line up day after day to drive down Lombard Street, the “crookedest” street in the world, and make the slow creep downhill past charming period
homes. Polk Street is the main drag in this neighborhood, where you will find trendy bars, cafes and shops populated with locals, but for one of the most charming rides in the city, grab a cable car heading up and down Hyde Street.

Thank you for your question! Yes, the pool is heated. We normally will turn off the heat during night time after the fitness center is closed for energy saving and turn back on the heat in the morning.
